Property and Cancelation Policies :
- FREE CANCELLATION within seven (7) days before arrival date otherwise, booking is considered confirmed and is subject to full cancellation charge.
- FREE REBOOKING atleast three (3) day before arrival date. Guest may rebook their reservation to a later date subject to availability.
- Payment is NON-refundable or NON-consumable if guests will not arrive on the check-in date.
Maximum of 2 children per room, age eleven (11) years old & below are free of charge if sharing beds with parents/guardian.
Terms and Conditions
- Standard Check-In time is 3:00PM. Check-out is 11:00AM. Any early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and charge.
- All rates are inclusive of 12% VAT.
- Guests must present a valid ID upon checking in.
- Upon check-in, the hotel requires the guest to secure a method of payment. Accepted payment methods are credit card & cash.
- The entire property is strictly a non-smoking area. Guests will be charged with a PhP1,500.00 penalty if violated.
- To preserve the ambiance of Dahilayan Alpine Village, we kindly ask that you refrain from setting up tents.
- No cooking policy. A P2000 penalty will be imposed for violators.A microwave is available for your convenience. Only reheating of food is allowed.
- Pungent food is not allowed in the property.
- Between the hours of 10pm and 7am, please be respectful of your fellow guests bykeeping your voices & entertainment media at low levels.
- There is free limited parking space but is on a first come, first served basis. The hotel does not guarantee availability.
- The hotel is not liable for any losses that may incur.
- The hotel reserves the right to call law enforcers should there be illegal activities happening in the hotel.
- We are also strictly implementing a maximum number of guests per cabin. Please book another room or cabin should your number exceed the limit. We shall be charging Php1,500.00 per additional person found occupying the room.
