Property and Cancelation Policies :
- Cancellation of bookings within 24 hours of reservation will be charged 100% cancellation fee for the first nights stay for the number of beds booked.
- Please Note: Payment for all reservations made between 24th December & 2nd of January will be taken when the booking is made and are NON REFUNDABLE. If credit card is invalid or inefficient funds you have 72 hours to update your details otherwise your booking will be cancelled.
- If customer fails to show up for the booking and hasn’t give notice of cancellation, reservation will be marked as no show and you will be charged a 100% cancellation fee for the first nights stay for the number of beds booked.
- Weekly rates become non-refundable once inside the standard cancellation period (24 hours) and cannot be shortened or refunded.
- If a customer fails to show up for a booked weekly rate then they will be charged 100% of the booking cost.

- All Bookings
- We will charge your credit card 48 hours in advance. Our cancellation policy is 48 hours, you can cancel or change your booking free of charge (unless it is a Non Refundable) 48 hours in advance.
- We are a strictly 18+ property.
- Recommended ages for dorm rooms is 18 to 35. We would advise booking a private room (where available) if outside of this age range for your own comfort.
- Prices are quoted in AUD and are subject to change daily.
- Valid credit card and a valid passport are required upon check in.
- If you have made a reservation through an (online) travel agency you must cancel or modify through the agency.
- The following payment methods are accepted; cash, credit or debit cards (Visa and MasterCard only). We do not accept American Express. All credit or debit cards incur a 1% payment fee.
- The guest will be responsible for any loss or damage caused at the hostel by guests or visitors of guests.
- $20 fee will be charged for the loss or non-return of any keys to reception upon check out.
- When booking multiple beds in a shared dorm, we cannot guarantee to put people on the same booking in the same room, however we will do our best.
- Guests may not consume or store food and drinks in their rooms. Alcohol may not be consumed in any room at any time. Any alcohol or food found in the rooms will be removed.
- Smoking is only permitted within the designated smoking areas.

- CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR’S 2024/2025: All bookings between 23rd December and 2nd January are NON-REFUNDABLE and are subject to a 10 night minimum stay. Payment will be processed within 72 hours of booking and if the card cannot be charged then your booking will be cancelled.Please also note that our reception will be closed to arrival and departures between 23rd December and 2nd January: no check-ins or outs will be allowed during this time. If your booking contains a check in/out scheduled for those dates then it will be subject to immediate cancellation.
