● You have free cancellation up until 24 hours before your check-in date
● If you cancel within 24 hours of your check-in date or do not arrive you will be charged 1 night's rate per person and this is non-refundable.
Christmas and New Year - The full remaining cost of any booking for stays between the 22nd of December and the 9th of January (inclusive) must be paid at the time of booking. You will be contacted shortly after booking with further details from Bounce Airlie. Payment can be made by bank transfer or the credit card nominated at the time of booking. Failure to respond to Bounce Airlie’s communications within 7 days after booking your booking will be cancelled. All bookings that have not been prepaid by the 1st of December will be cancelled. Please note that should you wish to alter the booking at all, this will only be possible before the 1st of December.
