Reservation Policy: Your reservation is guaranteed until the day of arrival. After that time, it is no longer guaranteed and the room may be reassigned. The hotel reserves the right to cancel your reservation if we do not receive the advance deposit. We will send you a cancellation confirmation email immediately after cancelling your reservation.
Check-In/Check-Out/Hours of Operation We are always here! Open 24 hours, seven days a week.
Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. We will be ready for you.

No Smoking and Damage Policies

Smoking is not allowed in our rooms. You will be asked to sign a document agreeing to a fine equivalent to half a day if we find ANY evidence of smoking inside the rooms or any areas of the building, such as window sills, stairs, or the entrance area near the reception. Please note that we comply with local health and safety guidelines and recommendations provided by the European Union regarding smoking in public places.Please note the following. We may terminate the rental agreement immediately if: More guests stay on the property than agreed. Excessive noise is made in the late afternoon or evening. The number of people staying in the room must be the same as confirmed in the reservation. An additional charge will be made for each additional guest per night. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation, without refund, if an unconfirmed number of people stay overnight in the rooms. Hosteria Los Cuartos is not responsible for lost or forgotten personal items on the premises. Damages during your stay, the rooms, and all equipment and furniture must be handled carefully and kept in order. Immediate notification to staff is expected about any damage to the rooms. You (the tenant) are financially responsible for any damage to the apartment. This includes losses caused by you (the tenant) or by the negligent behavior and actions of a third party. A review will be made at the time of check-out of the rooms.However, a more detailed inspection of the room's condition and all equipment and facilities will be conducted shortly after check-out and before another guest occupies the same room. The tenant is responsible for damages found above normal wear and tear. In such cases, an email notification will be sent immediately along with a bill for the cost of repair or replacement. Any costs will be deducted from the deposit if possible. Please note that we will send you an immediate notification after check-out regarding damages to the apartment. Hosteria Los Cuartos may take necessary measures to resolve any issues and ensure that all equipment and facilities are functioning and provided as expected. Please remember, the rooms are strictly non-smoking!Standard Booking Price The standard booking price includes the following: All taxes (On some platforms, this tax is excluded and must be paid separately without exception). Utilities (water, gas, and electricity). Use of internet and cable TV. Towels and bed linen. Cleaning before and after your stay (daily cleaning is available upon request at no charge). All room services and facilities mentioned on the pages of our website.Important: When making a reservation, you are booking a room category (not a specific room). Each room category includes similar-sized and equipped apartments, however, the interior design may vary. Reservations can only be taken and confirmed by making a 10% advance payment of the total rental amount. This can be paid via bank transfer. We will process your reservation within 48 hours of receiving your request. Please note that your reservation is not made or verified until you receive a confirmation email.Pet Policies Are pets allowed? Of course! A maximum of one pet per room is allowed at no additional charge. Just make sure your furry friends do their business in the designated area and remain on a leash when outside the room. Pets cannot be left unattended in the rooms at any time. In the event that your pet causes damage to the property, a fee proportional to the market value will be charged. Poisonous creatures are not allowed.Parking Policies Vacations should be stress-free, and for that reason, you can park right in front of the establishment. When parking a vehicle on our premises, you (and other guests) do so at your own risk. The hotel is not responsible for any damages, accidents, or loss of your vehicle or personal property. But the good news is that we have state-of-the-art surveillance cameras monitoring the parking lot, so if you notice anything suspicious, let us know and we will review the footage. And if you plan to leave your car in our parking lot for a while, no problem, just let us know, as we reserve the right to tow vehicles.Minimum Age Policies All guests must be 21 years or older to confirm accommodation at Hosteria Los Cuartos. A valid photo ID must be presented upon arrival to verify the guest's age.Guest Safety Policies As part of our commitment to guest safety, employees will not disclose the identity, room number, or presence of a guest to anyone other than the appropriate authorities. This includes taking or delivering messages or indirectly forwarding phone calls. It is the responsibility of guests to communicate their presence and room number to anyone they wish to receive calls or visits from. Security cameras are used throughout the premises, and anyone entering our property may be recorded.
