Payments
Full payment is required to secure your booking. Once you have completed your booking details and received a confirmation email, we will send you an email with the payment instructions. Please follow the instructions on the payment link to make payment within 48 hours. We accept credit / debit cards and domestic / international bank transfer.
To ensure comfort and safety for all guests, staff and neighbours we have some simple rules that we kindly ask you to follow during your stay:
1. Number of Guests
The number of persons (adults andchildren) staying at the property must not exceed the maximum number ofsleeping spaces indicated in the booking confirmation, unless specificallyauthorised by us.
2. Use of theProperty
All bookings are assumed to be for normal holidaypurposes only. No parties or events are allowed to be held at theproperty. Guests are asked to respect the local neighbourhood and ensure thatall guests behave appropriately. Quiet time is from 11pm. We reserve the rightto cancel a booking with immediate effect if guests are not honouring thisagreement or causing a disturbance to other guests, neighbours orthe owners.
3. Cancellations
Fullrefund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours ofbooking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7days before check-in. No refund after that.
4. Pets
No pets allowed on the property apart fromservice / guide dogs with advanced notice provided.
5. Valuables and Security
The guest is responsible for the property duringtheir stay and must ensure all windows and doors are locked securely when noton the premises. There is a safety deposit box located in the villa whichshould always be used for valuable items. We accept no responsibility inreplacing lost items. Should you leave something behind after check out, wewill make our best efforts to reunite lost property with their owners. Howeverwe accept no responsibility in replacing lost items and encourage guests toensure they have all their belonging before checking-out.
6. Damages
We reserve the right to charge the lead guestfor any damages caused through the course of a booking by any member of thebooking party. This includes breakages, spillages, stains, damage to furnitureor fixtures and fittings. Any accidental damages should be reported as soon aspossible in order to minimise damage and associated costs. Lost keys will incura replacement charge per key.
7. Smoking
Smoking is not permitted within the villa. Thisincludes cigarettes, cigars, pipes, electronic cigarettes and vapes. You maysmoke outside the villa but please ensure smoke does not drift inside
