- Entry to the room will only be granted if the reservation owner and cardholder is present. In the case that the cardholder isnot present, their written authorization and proof of payment is required.
- All occupants must be registered at check-in with their national passport or Colombian-issued cedula. Photos and copiesof IDs will not be accepted.
- In the case that late registration is required after check in of the reservation owner, an additional administration charge of$150.000 COP will apply.
- In Standard and Superior rooms, the reservation owner and one additional guest may be registered per stay. In Deluxerooms and Suites, the reservation owner and up to three guests may be registered per stay.
- Unregistered guests are not permitted in the bedrooms at any time, for any duration.6. Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and proof of this status is required. Minorswithout proof of guardianship will not be permitted entry.
- Check-in is from 3PM check-out is before 11AM. A fee of half the nightly rate paid will apply for late checkouts.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited and a $750.000 COP special cleaning fee will apply if violated.
- Linens, robes and other amenities that are removed from the room or damaged beyond reason or repair will be charged.
- Townhouse reserves the right to deny entry to the property and bedrooms at any moment if these policies are violated ordeemed at risk of violation.
- The primary reservation holder is responsible for ensuring that all members of their party comply with hotel policies, andfor all expenses, fees and damages incurred by them or their guests.
