Property and Cancelation Policies :
Should you need to cancel or change your reservation, please do so at least;
7 days in advance for daily reservations
14 days in advance for weekly reservations
30 days in advance for monthly reservations
Failure to do so could result in a Cancellation Fee equal to 1 night's rental on daily rentals, 3 night's rentals on a weekly stay reservation, and 2 weeks rental on a month or longer reservation.
NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT equivalent to 1 Night stay. This is part of the total and will be deducted from the amount owed at check in. 2 Night Minimum Booking. The remaining amount will be charged to the card on file the day of check-in unless we are notified otherwise.
No refunds will be given, due to bad weather!

Thank you for reserving with Candlelight Cottages by the Beach. You will be able to enter your cottage any time after 3pm by entering the last 4 digits of the phone number under your reservation.
There is also a lock button on the keypad so you and the rest of your party can come and go without a key.
