Property and Cancelation Policies :
Standard rate bookings will be charged 14 Days prior to your arrival date. Failure to make payment may result in cancellation of your reservation. There is a 14 day advance notice cancellation policy. 100% of the reservation will be charged if cancelled within 14 days of the check-in date.
If the reservation is cancelled in line with the standard rate policy there is no charge.
Rates stipulated are per room, per night including VAT at 13.5% and service charges. Future changes in taxes will affect rates accordingly. We require you to present the credit card used to make and pay for the reservation on check-in along with photographic identification. You may be asked to provide a security deposit on check-in.
Non-refundable Cancellation policy:
Non-refundable rates at Molloy's: please note that the booking is non-refundable and non transferable and we cannot offer you a refund in case of a cancellation or a change to the reservation as these rates are discounted. Non-refundable rates will be charged immediately at the time of the booking. Failure to process payment may result in cancellation of your reservation. Please ensure your credit card has enough funds to process.

Terms and Conditions
Important Information:
Please note that all of our rooms/Apartments are set up with linen and towels included. Check-In starts from 3pm. Our reception is open from 8am to 10pm only. Failure to arrive within these times may result in loss of reservation.Payment:
-- Standard rate [14 Day cancellation policy] Generally bookings will be charged 14 Days prior to your arrival date. Failure to charge card or insufficient funds may result in the reservation being cancelled.
-- Standard rate [14Day cancellation policy] bookings with a value greater than or equal to €1000 will be charged within the period 30 Days prior to your arrival date. Failure to charge card or insufficient funds may result in the reservation being cancelled.
- Refunds on bookings take 5-7 working days if cancelled in line with your applicable Rateplan.
-- Advance Purchase Non-Refundable rate bookings.Full payment is taken immediately at the time of booking. Failure to charge card or insufficient funds may result in the reservation being cancelled. There is no refund or modification allowed on these bookings.
The credit card used to pay for the reservation must be presented, along with valid identification, upon check-in.
Security Deposit:A charge of €150 as a Security Deposit will be required upon check-in. Please be advised that only ONE credit/debit card payment can be made in respect of the apartment security deposit, which will be the responsibility of the lead guest. Individual per person payments are not permitted and the lead guest will be responsible for the conduct of the occupants. The payment will be used to cover incidental items including, but not limited to, breakages, damage to property, additional cleaning costs due to the apartment being left in an unacceptable state, excessive electricity usage, and breaches to regulations such as smoking in the rooms or causing disturbance of other residents enjoyment of the property. Security Deposits may also be used by Management in the event of unauthorized extra guests using the room and facilities. The Security Deposit will be refunded upon departure, after a representative of Management has checked the condition of the apartment. Security Deposits held on a credit card (via a pre-authorization). Typically this may take between 3-10 working days, however some banks do take longer. Management reserve the right to refusal. Any guests not adhering to House Rules will be evicted without refund. Please note Pre-paid Cards are not accepted
