Property and Cancelation Policies :

Cancellations- the deposit and/or advance payment is taken as a guarantee of the reservation and is non-refundable. If you guarantee your reservation with your credit card, the value of the first night will be charged only if you cancel within 7 days prior to your arrival.

Date changes - are accepted up to 7 days before the check-in date, subject to availability. Rate difference will be paid if applicable.

No show - in case of no-show the day of your check-in, the total of your bill will be charged to your credit card.

IMPORTANT INFO ABOUT PAYMENT:

Full payment of the reservation is made at the time of check-in, without exceptions
Cash payment only. We accept pesos (ARS), dollars and euros. Debit card only emited in Argentina.
Credit card payments to foreing cards are suspended.
Reservations are quoted in USD. When making the check-in we turn those dollars to ARS at the offcial exchange rate.
Published prices are final. VAT is not charged in this case

Children:

Rooms with shared bathroom: minors from 12 years of age are accepted.
Rooms with private bathroom: children of all ages are accepted.

Minors must always be accompanied by their mother/father/responsible adult.

They must pay the rates of the selected date and respect the maximum number of people allowed per room.

Children under 3 years old are free of charge if they use the same bed as adults, with mandatory prior notice. We do not have extra beds or cribs.

Acceptance of house rules is mandatory. Behave with respect and allowing other guests to rest and enjoy the spaces. Any type of discrimination, theft, or lack of respect towards others will not be tolerated.

Otherwise Lago Argentino Hostel has the authority to cancel your stay in advance and apply extra charges for damages caused to the establishment and/or to other guests.
