Any changes and cancellations must be made 1-week prior 4:00 pm (PST) on the scheduled day of arrival. Cancellations received within the 1-week period can/will incur the full scheduled stay's room and tax charge to the credit card on file.

Any changes and cancellations must be made 1-week prior 4:00 pm (PST) on the scheduled day of arrival. Cancellations received within the 1-week period can/will incur the full scheduled stay's room and tax charge to the credit card on file.CHECK-IN: Check-in is any time after 4 PM. Guests will be required to present a valid piece of government issued photo ID. If you arrive early we are able to store luggage subject to availability. CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10 AM. If you require a later check-out, please contact us 24-hours prior to day of departure, and we will do our best to accommodate. Early and late check-ins are not guaranteed. Charges will be applicable. An extension will be given depending on room availability. If the room has not been vacated at the agreed check-out time, Hotel Management shall have the right to remove the guest and his/her belongings from the room.PET POLICIES: Pets are allowed at a price of $25 per day based on available rooms. A pet deposit of $100 is required. Guests must inform the motel that they will have a pet during their stay when booking. Please contact the Motel regarding restrictions on Pets via E-mail or phone call. Pets must be house trained. Pets must be with owners at all times and cannot be left unattended in rooms. They must be leashed at all times in public areas of the motel.Should it be determined that excessive disturbance or damages have taken place, the Hotel reserves the right to deduct from the Pet Deposit. The Guest also acknowledges and agrees that the Pet Deposit amount will not limit the right of the Motel to exercise or pursue any remedy available in law or in equity for breach of this agreement, including, but not limited to, damages on appliances or finishes, furniture, or any other costs or losses resulting from the negligence of the Guest and their Pets.SMOKING POLICIES: We are a 100% non-smoking motel. Smoking indoors is prohibited at all times. If smoking has taken place, a fine of $250.00 will be applied. There is to be no Smoking cannabis on any motel property. If smoking has taken place, a fine of $250.00 will be applied. And the guest's stay shall be cancelled.AGE AND GUEST RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 19 years or older to check in without a parent or legal guardian. A valid government issued photo ID must be presented at the time of check in for age verification.Only registered guest may occupy the unit. Unauthorized guests and assigning a room to someone else will result in ending your stay immediately. There will be no refund.NO IN-ROOM PARTY POLICY NO PARTYING ALLOWED AT ANY TIME: To ensure the enjoyment and to protect the motel and our guests, this policy is strictly enforced. In the event of a disturbance one warning will be given to reduce noise. If this warning is not followed, the guest will forfeit all fees and must leave the motel immediately.PAYMENT POLICY: In order for guest accommodations to be confirmed, at the time of check in all sufficient credit credentials for payment must be provided and settled.When a debit or credit card is presented for authorization, please be advised that a pre-authorization will be taken. Any applicable guest room charges, fees and taxes will be placed on the authorized credit card.Accepted Payment Types: Debit, VISA, MasterCard, Interact. If determined that damages have taken place at the Hotel by the Guest, the Hotel reserves all right to deduct from the Security Deposit/Pre-Authorization. The Guest also acknowledges and agrees that the Security Deposit amount will not limit the right of Deposit/Pre-Authorization.The Guest also acknowledges and agrees that the Security Deposit amount will not limit the right of the Motel to exercise or pursue any remedy available in law or in equity for breach of this agreement, including, but not limited to, damages on appliances or finishes, furniture, or any other costs or losses resulting from the negligence of the Guest. The Guest hereby also agrees that any lost or damaged keys, TV remotes, blow dryers, irons, will be replaced at Guest(s) cost and will be deducted. The penalty for lost keys is $20.Hazardous Goods Bringing goods or any other article of a combustible or hazardous nature and/or prohibited goods and/or goods of objectionable nature is prohibited. The guest shall be solely liable and responsible to Motel Management for any damage that may be caused by such articles. Gambling, contraband, weapons, explosives, flammable objects, poisons and illegal drugs are strictly prohibited on hotel premises.
