There is no smoking of any kind inside the building, If caught a charge of $250 will be billed to your credit card and we will have guests vacate the premises immediately with NO REFUND!!! Quiet time is from 10 P.M.. until 8 A.M; please be respectful of other guests. Ore House Inn is privately owned and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind. Pets are welcome we charge $25 per pet per night. Any lost or stolen Items may be charged to your credit card as well as any and all damages. There is a $25 fee for early check-in and late check-outs. ***Please Note!!!! OUR ROOM RATES are based on double occupancy (that means 2 (two) people y'all!; if there are more than 2 people (two) staying in your room YOU will be charged accordingly for the additional linens and cleaning! Some of our rooms sleep way more than 2 (two) and we charge for every guest over 2 (two)!!!! We are at our properties every day so please don't be upset if you book a room for 1 (one) or 2 (two) people and we see that you have more!! Don't make this hard on us please; we would rather you cancel your reservation within 24 hours of being made and happily stay somewhere else; unless it is the day of or day before (non-refundable) if this isn't agreeable.
