Thank you for choosing to stay with us at Queens Hotel. Listed below are the hotel policies and procedures, please read them carefully. By reading and signing your hotel registration card at check-in or by booking a reservation on our website, you are agreeing to abide by all our hotel policies and procedures and accepting all responsibility for the reservation.CHECK-IN
Check-in is any time after 4 PM. Guest will be required to present a valid piece of ID.
CHECK-OUT
Check-out is at 11 AM. If you require a later check-out, please contact us before 9 am on the day of departure, and we will do our best to arrange. Charges will be applicable.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All hotel room reservations have a 48-hr cancellation policy. Any changes and cancellations must be made 48-hrs prior and before 4:00 pm (defined as local time) prior to your arrival. Cancellations received within the 48-hr period will be marked as a no show and will incur one night’s room and tax charge to the credit card on file.
PET POLICIES
Pets are allowed at a price of $20 per day. Pet deposit of $150 is required (in addition to $200 room deposit). Pets must be under 45 LBS. Subject based on occupancy. Pets must be house trained. Pets must always be with their Owners, and they must be leashed at all times in public areas of the hotel. Max 2 pets per room. Should it be determined that excessive disturbance or damages have taken place, the Hotel reserves the right to deduct from the Pet Deposit. The Guest also acknowledges and agrees that the Pet Deposit amount will not limit the right of the Hotel to exercise or pursue any remedy available in law or in equity for breach of this agreement, including, but not limited to, damages on appliances or finishes, furniture, or any other costs or losses resulting from the negligence of the Guest and their Pets. A Pet Waiver must be signed.
SMOKING POLICIES
We are a 100% non-smoking hotel. Vaping or Smoking of any combustible material is NOT PERMITTED inside the Hotel premises or within 6 metres of doorways, open windows, or lobby area. Fine of $200 for non-compliance.
CRIME-FREE
We are a crime-free hotel and do not tolerate any criminal activity or use of drugs. In such a situation, the guest will forfeit all fees and must leave the hotel immediately.
FIRE ALARM
To be used in the event of a fire emergency only. Any unlawful or negligent use will be subject to a full investigation and the involved party will be liable for any incurred costs or damage.
AGE RESTRICTIONS
Guests must be 19 years or older to check in without a parent or legal guardian. A valid photo ID must be presented at the time of check in for age verification.
NO IN-ROOM PARTY POLICY
NO PARTYING ALLOWED AT ALL TIMES, NO EXCESSIVE NOISE AFTER 11:00PM. To ensure the enjoyment and to protect the hotel and our guests, this policy is strictly enforced. In the event of a disturbance one warning will be given to reduce noise. If this warning is not followed, the guest will forfeit all fees and must leave the hotel immediately.
SECURITY
DO NOT SHARE door codes to anyone. Only Queens Hotel Staff can inform authorized guests/visitors with this information. This is for the safety for all guests.
PAYMENT POLICY
For guest accommodations to be confirmed, all sufficient credit credentials for payment must be provided.When a credit card is presented for authorization, please be advised that a pre-authorization will be taken. Any applicable guest room charges, and taxes will be placed on the authorized credit card.Accepted Payment Types: VISA, Mastercard, Discover Card, and Union Pay.If determined that damages have taken place at the Hotel by the Guest, the Hotel reserves all right to deduct from the Security Deposit/Pre-Authorization. The Guest also acknowledges and agrees that the Security Deposit amount will not limit the right of the Hotel to exercise or pursue any remedy available in law or in equity for breach of this agreement, including, but not limited to, damages on appliances or finishes, furniture, or any other costs or losses resulting from the negligence of the Guest. The Guest hereby also agrees that any lost or damaged keys, TV remotes, blow dryers, irons, will be replaced at Guest(s) cost and will be deducted. The penalty for lost keys is $50.
For the safety and protection of the Guests and Hotel, all rooms with a ‘DO NOT DISTURB’ sign will be subject to inspection after 48 consecutive hours.
