Terms and Conditions
Thank you for choosing to stay with us at Pines & Palms Resort. Below are hotel policies and procedures; read them carefully. As our hotel guests, by reading and clicking "I agree with the terms and conditions of Pines & Palms Resort" and/or signing your hotel registration card at check-in, you agree to abide by our hotel policies and procedures.
Booking and Cancellation Policies:
- If a reservation is cancelled within fourteen (14) days of arrival or in case of a no-show, there will be a charge for 100% of all nights booked with us.
- If a reservation is cancelled fourteen (14) days prior to the date of arrival the non-refundable one (1) night stay + taxes and fees will be forfeited.
- We do not offer refunds or discounts for early departures. Reservation payments are final.
- Pines & Palms Resort reserves the right to cancel any and all reservations at our discretion.
Offers, Specials and Packages
Check-In: 4pmCheck-in is at 4pm. Please present your ID card, passport or temporary residence card upon check-in.
Check-Out: 11amCheck-out is at 11am. If you require a later check-out, please contact the front office before 10am on the day of departure, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. A charge may apply, depending on availability.
Resort FeeA $25 daily resort fee will be added to the guest reservation. The fee includes the following:

- Free use of Kayaks, Paddle boards and Bikes

- In-room Coffee
- Use of Fishing Rods
- During Peak Season (Yoga Fri-Sat-Sun)

No Pet PolicyAny evidence of pet(s) on hotel property or in a guest’s room will result in a $150 cleaning fee per day charged to the guest account. Any guest found with pet(s) in their room will be asked to leave the property immediately. “Service animals” are allowed with proper documentation.
Smoking PolicyThe hotel is 100% smoke free. There are smoking areas outside of the building. A $250 per day cleaning fee will be charged to the guest’s account should smoking occur anywhere inside the hotel rooms.
Internet AccessPlease note standard internet service is complimentary with room purchase and suitable for emailing and social networking. Please note that guest room Wi-Fi is not meant for streaming large media files, watching movies or gaming.
Complaint/Damages PolicyIf a complaint occurs due to the negligence of those occupying a guest room, disorderly conduct, unlawful activities, or repeated noise complaints, the offending guests may be evicted and/or receive additional charges to their account. If a guest is evicted, they are not entitled to any refund. If damages occur to the guest room or other areas of the hotel, the cost of the damage will be charged to the credit card registered upon check-in.
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of $200 to cover incidentals and / or damages. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged (we reserve the right to charge the debit / credit card for the full amount of the incidental / damage incurred). Authorized amounts may take up to 7 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and Pines & Palms Resort will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
ParkingPlease park your cars in the area outside your room. Parking is not allowed at the beach area or behind the beach. The area behind the beach is reserved for boat trailers only, no cars allowed. Additional vehicles need to be registered at the front desk.
FishingYou can fish from our dock, but never discard of fish entrails in the water near the dock, or any areas where others might come across them. Suitable alternatives include bagging and packing out entrails, disposing of it in water at least 25 feet deep, or placing waste inside designated trash cans on property.
