Thank you for choosing to stay with us at Pines & Palms Resort. Below are hotel policies and procedures; read them carefully. As our hotel guests, by reading and clicking "I agree with the terms and conditions of Pines & Palms Resort" and/or signing your hotel registration card at check-in, you agree to abide by our hotel policies and procedures.

Booking and Cancellation Policies:

Any Offer, Special, or Package is subject to availability and may not be combined with any other sale, promotion, discount, code, coupon and/or offer. Offer is not applicable for groups. All taxes apply.

Check-In: 4pm

Check-in is at 4pm. Please present your ID card, passport or temporary residence card upon check-in.

Check-Out: 11am

Check-out is at 11am. If you require a later check-out, please contact the front office before 10am on the day of departure, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. A charge may apply, depending on availability.

Resort Fee

A $25 daily resort fee will be added to the guest reservation. The fee includes the following:

• Complimentary Champagne at arrival

• Free use of Kayaks, Paddle boards and Bikes
  
• Pool Towels
• Daily room Service
  
• In-room Coffee
  
• Use of Fishing Rods
  
• During Peak Season (Yoga Fri-Sat-Sun)
  
• Live entertainment (Tue-Thurs-Sat during peak season)
  

No Pet Policy

Any evidence of pet(s) on hotel property or in a guest’s room will result in a $150 cleaning fee per day charged to the guest account. Any guest found with pet(s) in their room will be asked to leave the property immediately. “Service animals” are allowed with proper documentation.

Smoking Policy

The hotel is 100% smoke free. There are smoking areas outside of the building. A $250 per day cleaning fee will be charged to the guest’s account should smoking occur anywhere inside the hotel rooms.

Internet Access

Please note standard internet service is complimentary with room purchase and suitable for emailing and social networking. Please note that guest room Wi-Fi is not meant for streaming large media files, watching movies or gaming.

Complaint/Damages Policy

If a complaint occurs due to the negligence of those occupying a guest room, disorderly conduct, unlawful activities, or repeated noise complaints, the offending guests may be evicted and/or receive additional charges to their account. If a guest is evicted, they are not entitled to any refund. If damages occur to the guest room or other areas of the hotel, the cost of the damage will be charged to the credit card registered upon check-in.

Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of $200 to cover incidentals and / or damages. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged (we reserve the right to charge the debit / credit card for the full amount of the incidental / damage incurred). Authorized amounts may take up to 7 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and Pines & Palms Resort will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.

Parking

Please park your cars in the area outside your room. Parking is not allowed at the beach area or behind the beach. The area behind the beach is reserved for boat trailers only, no cars allowed. Additional vehicles need to be registered at the front desk.

Fishing

You can fish from our dock, but never discard of fish entrails in the water near the dock, or any areas where others might come across them. Suitable alternatives include bagging and packing out entrails, disposing of it in water at least 25 feet deep, or placing waste inside designated trash cans on property.
