Terms and Conditions
1. Contract failure of compliance
This accommodation contract will cease ifthe guest partially or totally violates any of the policies and/or proceduresset forth below. In this case, the hotel will charge for the stay and servicesrendered in full without any applicable discount or compensation.
2. Right of Admission
The Hotel reserves the right to admit ordeny entry.
3. Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in time is 3:00 PM and Check-out isat 12:00 PM. The guest can request an early check-in or late check-out ($) withthe Front Desk Team. If the room is not vacated on the date and time agreed onthis registration sheet, additional charges will apply.
4. Settlement of Bills
In the case of a default payment by theguest's account, company, travel agency, tour operator or other upon arrival,the guest is directly responsible for the full pending payment. The hotel mayrequire the daily payment of the accommodation fee, consumption and any otherservice provided during the stay.
5. Damage to Property
The registered guest will be held responsiblefor any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by themselves, their guests,or any person for whom they are responsible.
6. Guests Belongings
Guests are requested to lock the door oftheir rooms and the bathroom door when going out or going to bed. For theconvenience of the guest, electronic safes are provided in the room to storeany valuables. The management team will not be held responsible for any loss ordamage to the guest's belongings or any other property from the hotel room,safe or any other part of the hotel, including theft of pilferage.
7. Maximum occupancy
The guest agrees to respect the maximumcapacity of 2 guests per room. Please consult the Front Desk Team for ratesapplicable for a third person in the room. All visitors must register at theFront Desk. Unidentified visitors are not allowed access to the property.
The guest agrees to maintain good behaviorand respect the wellbeing and safety of other guests and hotel employees. Noiselevel is not allowed to exceed 40db during the day in any area of the hotel.After 11:00 PM, no noise is allowed to exceed 20dB. The Security Team willensure strict compliance with this policy. Disruption of public order withinthe hotel is not allowed and security is instructed to control any act ofverbal or physical violence that alters the well-being, safety and tranquilityof all guests and collaborators.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in hotelrooms and identified areas. The use of any substance not permitted represents agrave fault and causes immediate termination of this accommodation contract.All cases will be reported directly to the local authorities.
10. Service Fee
The hotel will charge a daily fee of USD5.00 to your account.
No pets are allowed on hotel premises.
12. Photos and Videos
Using photographs and videos taken in thehotel for commercial or PR purposes is illegal. Those who do so will be subjectto investigation.
