1. Contract failure of compliance
This accommodation contract will cease if the guest partially or totally violates any of the policies and/or procedures set forth below. In this case, the hotel will charge for the stay and services rendered in full without any applicable discount or compensation.
2. Right of Admission
The Hotel reserves the right to admit or deny entry.
3. Check in / Check Out
Check-In time is 3:00 P.M. and Check-Out, 12:00 P.M. The guest can request an early check-in or late check-out ($) to the guest experience team. If the room is not vacated on the date and time agreed on this registration sheet, the hotel will vacate the room, keeping the guest's luggage for a limited time ($)
4. Settlement of Bills
In the case of a default payment by the guest's account, company, travel agency, tour operator or other upon arrival, the guest is directly responsible for the full pending payment. The hotel may require the daily payment of the accommodation fee, consumption and any other service provided during the stay.
5. Damage to Property
The registered guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible.
6. Guests Belongings
Guests are requested to lock the door of their rooms and the bathroom door when going out or going to bed. For the convenience of the guest, electronic safety lockers are provided in the room to store any valuables. The management team will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to the guest's belongings or any other property from the hotel room, safety locker or any other part of the hotel, including theft of pilferage.
7. Maximum occupancy
The guest agrees to respect the maximum capacity of 2 guests per room. Please consult the Front Desk for rates applicable for a third person in the room. All visitors must register at the Front Desk. Unidentified visitors are not allowed access to the property.
The guest agrees to maintain good behavior and respect the wellbeing and safety of other guests and hotel employees. Noise level is not allowed to exceed 40db. during the day in any area of the hotel. After 11:00 PM. no noise is allowed to exceed 20dB. The security team will ensure strict compliance with this policy. Disruption of public order within the hotel is not allowed and security is instructed to control any act of verbal or physical violence that alters the well-being, safety and tranquility of all guests and collaborators
Smoking is strictly prohibited in identified areas. The use of any substance not permitted represents a grave fault and causes immediate termination of this accommodation contract. All cases will be reported directly to the local authorities.
10. Service Fee
The hotel will charge a daily fee of USD 5.00 to your account as a service fee for the BOH (Back of the House) departments. Although you are not obliged to pay it, we warmly appreciate your contribution to the well-being of these collaborators who also carry out commendable tasks to make your stay a pleasant one. Thank you!
No pets are allowed on hotel premises. Service dogs are permitted only with previous hotel authorization.
12. Photographs and Video's
Using photographs and videos taken in the hotel for commercial or public purposes is illegal. Those who do so will be subject to investigation.
