Reservation Policy
Reservations are guaranteed until the day of arrival. After that time, it will no longer be guaranteed, and the room may be reassigned. A 50% deposit is required at the time of the reservation. The balance due will be charged 48 hours before check-in date. The hotel has the right to cancel a reservation if the hotel does not receive the depositor final balance due.Booking Inclusions

Business Hours, Check-in, and Check-out
Business Hours The front desk will be staffed from 10:00am to 8:00pm daily. Garden access through the door on Colorado Blvd is for guests only and always requires a guest key. The main hotel access is on 16th Street. This entrance will be open 8:00am to 8:00pm daily with guest access 24 hours a day with a guest key. Check-in at 3:00 p.m. The Club Hotel offers contactless digital check-in. An email will be sent the day of arrival for check-in. Once complete, the guest’s phone will be the room key and can access the room after 3:00pm local time as well as all locked exterior doors. If a guest cannot use a smartphone for the key, a keycard can be provided at check-in. In person check-in offered between 3:00pm and 8:00pm localtime. If special arrangements need to be made, please contact the Club Hotel at 303-800-9785 or by emailing reservations@clubhotelcolorado.com. Check-in cannot be completed until full payment for the room has been received and approved. During business hours, the front desk receptionist can provide information on near-by shops, local restaurants, local activities, etc. Always ask the front desk receptionist for anything that would make the stay more enjoyable and convenient. Check-out at 11:00am. Guests can check-out any time up until 11:00am local time. Later check-out times may be requested although the hotel may not always be able to accommodate late changes and will depend on room availability. A fee of $25 will be assessed for late check-out. Late check-out must be completed by 12:00pm or a full night’s charge will apply.If the guest has received a keycard, the keycard must be returned to the front desk or left in the guestroom upon check-out. Please note that a more detailed inspection of the room is made after the check-out time and Club Hotel reserves the right to make charges for any damages or breakages found before the room is occupied again.
Please be aware that hotel property must be left in the room at the time of check-out.The bed linens, mugs, tea and coffee accessories, and towels are NOT gifts and should remain in the room. A charge will be applied to the credit card on file for any missing Club Hotel property.
Minimum Age Policy
All guests must be 21 years or older to confirm guestroom accommodations at the Club Hotel. A valid photo ID may be requested time of check-in for age verification.Cancellation Policy

Extending a Stay
After a stay has been booked, a guest can extend a stay (depending on availability) by simply calling the hotel at 303-800-9785 or emailing reservations@clubhotelcolorado.com. If a guest is already staying at Club Hotel and would like to stay longer, please contact hotel staff at least 24 hours before check-out date. Club Hotel will do our best to accommodate the guest’s new plans if any vacancies are open. This may include relocating the guest to another room should this be necessary.Smoking and Marijuana Policy
Smoking tobacco or marijuana is not permitted inside any guestrooms or common areas throughout the hotel. A $500 fine will be applied if ANY evidence of smoking is found in the guestrooms, hotel event space, or on hotelgrounds. Please note that the Club Hotel must comply with the local health and safety guidelines and recommendations provided by the EEC on smoking in public places.Room Policy
Pre-existing damages or room issues must be reported to the front desk immediately after check-in to avoid responsibility and potential charges. From 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. the whole property goes into quiet time (or sleep time) and guests are asked to minimize noise. Guests who do not respect the quiet time policy may be asked to leave. The Club Hotel does not allow pets in the guestrooms. A $250 fine will be charged to the credit card on file if pets are found to have stayed. If the guest has a service animal, please contact the hotel at 303-800-9785 or by emailing reservations@clubhotelcolorado.com to discuss room availability. The Club Hotel is located near residential buildings. All guests are asked to respect the property and privacy of the neighbors and to not make any excessive noise on the hotel grounds between the hours of 10:00pm and 07:00am. Club Hotel is not responsible for lost or forgotten personal items at the hotel’s premises. Please Note: Guests can be asked to leave if:- More guests stay in the property than agreed. The number of people residing in the guestroom should be the same as confirmed in the booking. Accommodation for additional guests may be requested. Club Hotel reserves the right to cancel any reservation, without refund, if an unconfirmed number of people stay overnight in the guestroom.
- Excessive noise is made between 10:00pm and 7:00am.
- Sub-letting the rented guestroom (or giving it to other people).
Guest Safety Policy
As part of our commitment to guest safety, employees will not disclose the identity, room number or presence of a guest to anyone other than appropriate law enforcement. This includes the taking of or delivery of messages or indirect forwarding of phone calls. It is the responsibility of guests to communicate their presence and room number to any person they wish to receive calls or visits from. Safety cameras are used throughout the premises, and anyone on our property may be recorded. The hotel assumes no responsibility for any personal bodily injury incurred while in the hotel, event space, or hotel grounds.Parking Policy
Parking is complimentary for one vehicle per room per night. Additional vehicles may be parked for a fee of $25 a night. Parking is available at any City of Idaho Springs pay parking lot or pay street parking spot. A license plate number must be given at the time of reservation for the Club Hotel to ensure complimentary parking. By parking a vehicle in the City of Idaho Springs, guests are doing so at their own risk. The hotel does not take responsibility or accept liability for damage, accident or loss to a guest’s vehicle or personal property.ADA Policy
The Club Hotel is compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The hotel offers one accessible room named the Stanley. If a guest has any questions or this room is unavailable, please call the hotel at 303-800-9785 or email reservations@clubhotelcolorado.com to discuss possible arrangements.Hotel Events
There will be times in which an event is being held in the Club Hotel event space, the Annex. Anyone using the event space is not permitted in the hotel guesthouse unless accompanied by a current guest of the hotel. Events will not start until 8:00am and will be completed by 10:00pm to adhere to the quiet times policy of the hotel. All hotel policies also apply to any users of the Annex.Damages
While staying at the Club Hotel or using the Annex event space, the guestrooms, all common spaces, and all equipment and furniture should be treated with care and kept in order. Immediate notification to Club Hotel staff will be expected of any damages or breakages. The guest is financially responsible for any damage to the hotel. This includes losses caused by the guest or a third-party negligent actions and behavior. A summary check will be made of the guestroom before check-in. However, a more detailed review of the condition of the guestroom and all equipment and facilities will be made soon after check-out and before another guest occupies the room. The guest is responsible for any damages or breakages found that are over and above normal wear and tear and usage. In this case, a detailed statement of damage along with an invoice for the repair or replacement cost will be sent by email. Any costs will be charged to the credit card on file. Please note, immediate notification after check-out of any damages or issues with the room is expected.Club Hotel can then take any necessary action to resolve any issues and make sure all the equipment and facilities are working and provided as expected.
