Property and Cancellation Policies :
Bluff Dwellings Resort works hard to exceed all of your travel accommodation needs. If unforeseen circumstances create a situation where you are not able to fulfill your pre-booked room reservation, we will gladly cancel that reservation at no cost to you up to twenty four hours prior to your scheduled reservation date. We hope you will understand that you will be responsible to pay the full cost of a pre-booked room reservation for same day cancellations or if you do not arrive to occupy that room.
Terms and Conditions
Here at Bluff Dwellings Resort the rooms are spread out amongst the base of the cliffs and we do not have elevators. We do have staff available to help with luggage, but if you need a ground floor please call ahead of time so that we can assign you to the best available room.
PET/SERVICE ANIMAL POLICY
Bluff Dwellings Resort has a limited number of pet friendly rooms. A $100 pet cleaning fee is required per stay and please call our front desk or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to be sure we have a pet friendly room available.
ROOM DAMAGE DEPOSIT
Due to the unique nature of our room environments including artwork located within each room, Bluff Dwellings Resort pre-authorizes a deposit equal to the amount of one nights stay to all guests upon check-in. We reserve the right to a twenty four hour inspection period after you have left to examine and evaluate the condition of your room and ensure all artwork remains and no damage has occurred. If the determination is made that the room you occupied was damaged beyond ordinary usage we will contact you, explain and discuss the situation, and charge your chosen method of room payment. We will photographically document the damage, detail the repairs required, list parts or supplies required and add labor costs and send this information to you ; all available to you upon request.
