Terms and Conditions
Cancellation Policy: All cancellation requests must be in writing (email us at reservations@victoriahousevi.com). We are a very small property, and cancellations have a big impact on us. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival are charged 100% full stay reserved. As we are unable to make an exception to this policy, we strongly urge you to purchase trip insurance in the event of an emergency (illness, death, weather related conditions etc.).
Credit Card Authorization and Payment: A valid credit card is required to make a reservation. We accept all major credit cards. Your credit card will be charged a 50% of total stay deposit upon booking, and the remaining amount of the full reservation at the time the cancellation period expires (see Cancellation and Change Policy above for cancellation periods).
Housekeeping We are resuming daily housekeeping on December 5, 2021. This is optional, and if you would not like this service please inform us during your stay.
Smoking Our entire facility is NON-SMOKING per USVI law. If you would like to smoke please exit the facility and cross the street. There are multiple benches to sit and enjoy the waterfront. If we find that smoking occurred indoors, you will be charged a minimum of a $200 fine.
Quiet Time 11pm-7am. Please respect other guests. If there are any problems related to noise please let us know right away.
Please no unregistered guests It is our honor to have you stay with us and provide you with the safest experience.
Check In time is any time after 3pm. We currently are offering contactless self-checkin. We will email you 2 days prior to checkin with instructions on how to access the property and your room.
Check Out time is at 11am. Please leave all towels in bathroom on the floor. Please throw out any food in garbage can if necessary. Turn off A/C and lights.
Missing/Broken Items If we find that any items are missing or damaged during the checkout cleaning process, you will be charged against your security deposit or credit card This includes beach towels and any other item on property.
No Pets Allowed
We are not responsible or liable for any injuries to any guests or persons while on our property.
