Deposit must be made at reservation and balance at check-in . A 3% charge will be added for payments made with credit cards.
Minors must be accompanied by an adult at the pool at all times.
All guests must be approved by management. You must use your own parking space.
Price per day is for 2 adults, . Maximum 4 guest per unit.
A cleaning fee of $ 50.00 will be added to your invoice.
No smoking in condos and on permises, a fee of $600.00 will be charge.
A CHARGE OF 3% WILL BE ADDED ON ALL CREDIT CARD CHARGES AN A 1% CHARGE ON ALL DEBIT CARDS.
