HOTEL REGULATIONS
These regulations apply STRICTLY to all guests staying there. Failure to comply with them will result in the corresponding sanctions detailed below and the termination of the accommodation contract.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms and common areas, under penalty of €50. Please be empathetic with other guests, since, even with adequate ventilation of the spaces, the smell remains impregnated in fabrics and in the environment for many days, in addition to the possibility of causing burns on furniture and belongings, and the premature blackening of walls and ceilings. As a consequence of all the above, the accommodation reserves the right to charge the guest the amount corresponding to the expenses derived from the closure of some rooms for sale due to bad smells.
It is strictly forbidden to occupy the rooms by more guests than those registered in the reservation. If the establishment becomes aware of this situation, it will proceed to charge the corresponding economic difference, and to evict the occupants.
Access to the hotel facilities and/or common areas by people other than the accommodation or who do not have a reservation is strictly prohibited.
Parties, celebrations, decorations with balloons, candles, confetti and similar, loud music (especially at inappropriate times) or any type of noise that may interfere with the rest of the guests' rest are strictly prohibited. The fine for non-compliance with this regulation is 300 euros.

Children policy
Children of any age are welcome. Up to 3 years of age, 1 baby can share a bed with adult guests for free. Each guest over 10 years of age counts as an ADULT.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and must be paid separately during your stay.

For group reservations the cancellation policy is as follows:
For reservations of 3 to 4 rooms you will have a period of 7 days to cancel without charge, after this time a non-refundable deposit will be charged. The deposit will be deducted from the invoice on the day of departure.
For reservations of 4 or more rooms, you must cancel or modify your reservation 15 days prior to your arrival. Otherwise, the hotel will charge 30% of the total stay.
In case of no-show, you will be charged 100% of the total reservation.
In case of an early departure, you will be charged 100% of the reservation.
