Cancellation or change free of charge if you cancel 48 hours before the day of arrival.
If you cancel outside this period or no-show, we will charge 100% of the first night of your booking.
Non-refundable reservations have a special rate and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Taxes and fees: VAT: 10.00% (included) / City tax: 4,13€ per person per night (not included in the rate), maximum 7 nights.
Payments: We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express or cash.
Children: Children of any age are allowed, children are charged the same rate as adults, except for children under 2 years old, who can stay free of charge in cots subject to availability.
Parking: We work with a car park located 300 mts. away. Rate: 15,00€ per day (24 hs.) No reservation is needed and you can park directly. Payment is made to the car park attendant..
Late check in: Late check in is available at no extra cost. We recommend sending information about the approximate time of arrival.
Luggage: Luggage can be left at reception before check in or after check out at no extra cost, to be collected the same day.
House rules:
No smoking.
Pets are not allowed.
No parties/events.
No noise from 22:00 to 09:00 hs.
Check in from 14:00 to 21:00 hs. (check in time for direct bookings)
Check out from 07:00 to 12:00 hs. (check out time direct reservations)
Breakfast time: from 8:00 to 10:00 hs.
