€350 administration fee is non-refundable.
First year Students who do not receive enough points to be offered a place in MIE may be eligible to apply for a refund.
*Subject to providing evidence within 48hrs of CAO first round offers being released. Students must have MIE as their first choice on their CAO.
Any cancellations or changes to your booking may be subject to ourcancellation policy, which may include applicable fees or charges.
There is only one way in which we can acknowledge cancellation of the guest’s reservation; the guest must send a cancellation request stating full name via email to the following address: mie@eber.life
All cancellations are confirmed via email immediately.
If the room reservation is cancelled before check-in an administration fee of €350 is held and the balance refunded.
On check-out the the security deposit is refunded less any fines or money owing on the account.

Terms and Conditions
Marino Student Accommodation - Terms and Conditions
- Payment and Fees:
- Residents are responsible for the payment of rent and other associated fees as outlined in their individual lease agreements.
- Rent is due on the 1st of each month
- Failure to make rent payments on time may result in late fees.
- Security Deposit:
- A security deposit is required to confirm the reservation and will be held for the duration of the lease.
- The deposit will be returned, minus any deductions for damages or unpaid fees including fees outstanding with MIE, within 8 weeks after move-out.
- Refunds will be processed to the original credit card or bank account used for payment.
- Consent for Storage:
- By providing your credit card details for room booking purposes, you consent to the storage of this information in your student profile, note this information is only visible to the Merchant Services Provider Stripe and staff do not have access. Stripe are fully PCI Compliant.
- Authorized Use: Your credit card details will only be used for processing payments and refunds related to your room booking for the academic year.
- Security Measures: We employ industry-standard security measures to safeguard your credit card information. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security against unauthorizedaccess. Technicaland organisational measures are in place, to limit the likelihood ofunauthorised access and to protect the personal data.
- Payment Authorization: By providing your credit card details, you authorize us to charge the card for any outstanding fees or damages incurred during your stay in the accommodation.
- Cardholder Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and validity of the credit card information provided. Any discrepancies or issues must be reported promptly.
- Data Protection: We adhere to data protection regulations and will only use your credit card information in accordance with our privacy policy.
- Updating Information: You are responsible for keeping your credit card details up to date. Please inform us promptly of any changes or updates to your card information.
- Termination of Agreement: We reserve the right to terminate this agreement and delete stored credit card information in accordance with our policies and procedures.
- Non-Refundable Fees: Please note that certain fees, such as application fees or administrative fees, may be non-refundable.
- Partial Refunds: In the event of partial cancellations or adjustments to your booking, refunds will be calculated based on the applicable terms and conditions.
- Agreement Acceptance: By providing your credit card details, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
