NOTE: We operate a no-contact check-in process. Therefore, to receive check-in instructions we require that all guests contact us at 830-507-2211 within 2 days to their arrival date to authorize a security deposit hold of $300 on their approved credit or debit card. This hold is released within 5-7 days after check-out. We also require that all guests review and sign our "Reservation Confirmation" doc, and, if applicable, our "Pet Policy Waiver" sent at the time of reservation. Property and Cancelation Policies :
- Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival date will receive a 100% refund, with $50 payment processing fee deducted.
- Cancellations made 15 t0 30 days prior to arrival date will receive 50% refund, with $30 payment processing fee deducted.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days to arrival date will receive no refunds.
- We DO NOT refund for early departures, delayed arrivals, no-shows or inclement weather.
- Upsell items, including massage, experiential packages, rentals, etc, would be fully refunded up to 48 hours prior to arrival, after which no refunds will be issued.
