REGISTRATION AND IDENTIFICATION OF THE GUEST

CHILDREN'S POLICY

PAYMENT OF BALANCES

PROMOTIONS

Promotions displayed in official media, the Hotel's website, promotional codes or directly, if contracted, must always be paid in full. The stays that arise from these contracts can only be made effective in the terms that the promotion indicates. Not being able to request changes of dates for periods not included in it. Partial payments for such promotions do not freeze prices. Once the promotion period has expired, the remaining balances will be adjusted to the current value of the accommodation for the reserved dates.

CANCELLATION OF RESERVATIONS

HOUSE RULES

Guest Behavior
