Our cozy and comfortable hotel is located in Brienz.
We offer complimentary continental breakfast, room service, and free WiFi for our guests. DAMAGETO THE ROOM
You are liable for anydamage caused (whether by the deliberant, negligence, or reckless act to theroom (s), hotel’s premises or property caused by you or any person in yourparty whether or not staying at the hotel during your stay.Damage to rooms, fixtures,furnishing, and equipment including the removal of electronic equipment,towels, etc. as well as damage to sheets from for example permanent marker,dyed hair color, food stains, and things that make unremovable stains will becharged at 150% of full and new replacement value plus any shipping andhandling charges. Any damage to hotel property, whether accidental or wilful,is the responsibility of the registered guest for each particular room. Anycosts associated with repairs and/or replacement will be charged to theregistered guest (see article price table). In extreme cases, criminal chargeswill be pursued.

DAMAGEDISCOVERED AFTER CHECK-OUT
Guest Rooms found with waste scattered around, drained bathroomfloor, wet carpet, complete disorder, and/or “trashed” will be subject to a feeapplicable to the degree of the damage. A maintenance deep cleaning fee,administration fee, and/or third-party fees will be charged.

COOKING/COOKINGAPPLIANCES
The safety of our guests,staff, and this facility is extremely important to us. Preparation of food inguest rooms by any type of cooking appliance is prohibited. A minimum fee of100,00CHF will be charged for cooking in a room. This includes hotplates,toaster ovens, rice cookers, open flame, barbecue grills, burners, heating appliances,or any other item intended for cooking. Open fires, flames, or cooking grills,either charcoal or gas, and fireworks are not allowed anywhere on the hotel premise.

INFESTATION
The cleanliness of ourrooms is extremely important to us and our guests. If you bring any infestationinto your room or onto our hotel premises, we may charge you for any and allcosts and expenses, including immediate or urgent response requirements andloss of room revenue, that we deem necessary to address the infestation.
