- 50% for reservations held more than six months
- 40% for reservations held five to six months
- 30% for reservations held four to five months
- 20% for reservations held three to four months
- 15% for reservations held two to three months
- 10% for reservations held one to two months
- Extended / Monthly stays (30 nights or more) require a $550.00 deposit + 1st Month's payment at time of Booking
- Cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to arrival to receive some portion of refund based on

If you cancel or reduce nights on a reservation 15 or more days prior to your scheduled arrival date, the cancel / change fee is $15 plus a fee that is a percentage of the cost of all cancelled nights as follows:- 50% for reservations held more than six months
- 40% for reservations held five to six months
- 30% for reservations held four to five months
- 20% for reservations held three to four months
- 15% for reservations held two to three months
- 10% for reservations held one to two months
- Extended / Monthly stays (30 nights or more) require a $550.00 deposit + 1st Month's payment at time of Booking
- Cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to arrival to receive a refund less a $15.00 processing fee.
Early departures are subject to a full charge.
Property Terms and Conditions:
- All sites are to be kept clean & tidy for the duration of your stay; and properly cleaned before departure.
- Pets MUST always be leashed and it is the guest’s responsibility to pick up after them. Bags are available at the pet station.
- Open fires are not allowed in the park, propane fire rings are permitted.
- Fireworks of any kind are prohibited!
- To help everyone enjoy their vacation, loud music is not allowed at any time, and quiet hours are between 10 pm to 8 am.
- RV’s must be 15 years old or newer and in good repair. Exceptions may be made at the discretion of the Resort Managers. Please email us recent photo's of your RV for us to review for approval.
- Sorry, no tenting or tent trailers.
