General Terms: These terms and conditions are between you and Dahl’s Motel and apply to all bookings of hotel rooms at the Dahl’s Motel, to the exclusion of all other general terms and conditions. You agree that you will make reservations in good faith for legitimate use by you and your invited guests only and not for any other purpose, including but not limited to reselling, impermissibly assigning or posting on third party websites, or making speculative, false or fraudulent reservations or any reservations in anticipation of demand. Rates & City tax The room rate charges agreed when you made your reservation will apply to your booking. Meals, drinks and other extras are not included in room rate charges, unless otherwise agreed on (if booked breakfast included). All charges are including service must be paid in local currency. Prices are subject to change without further notice. Room rate charges must be paid in full at the time of check in.  Guests must be 18 or older to reserve a room.

Security Deposit: A $100 security deposit must be held on a bank issued Debit or Credit card upon check- in.  This charge will be released upon checking out and management review of the room.  Any missing or damaged items will be witheld from the deposit.  We do not accept prepaid or reloadable cards for the security deposit.

Cancelations and No-Shows: You must provide a 24 hour advance notice of a reservation cancellation.  If there is a cancellation within the 24 hour window, or a no-show, we reserve the right to charge the first night rate plus related city tax and county tax.

Check-in/ Check-out: Check-in time is 3 p.m. You can request an early arrival, but it cannot be guaranteed as it is subject to availability. Check-out time is 11 a.m. Late checkouts are subject to a $20 per hour additional charge. 

Pets: The only pets that are allowed are house trained dogs for an additional $25 per night charge. No other pets are allowed on property.  If a pet is brought onto the property without notifying the front desk, and paying the pet charge, a non-refundable charge of $250 will be added to your folio.

Non- smoking: The Dahl’s Motel rooms are non-smoking. When evidence of smoking is found in your room you will be charged $250 and will not be allowed to stay on the property again. 

Parking: The Dahl’s Motel has parking areas in the front of the facility, large trucks with trailers can park in the rear of the facility. Liability The management cannot be held liable for lost or theft of your belongings in the motel. 

Lost & Found: All items found in the motel will be registered and stored for one month.  If the item is not claimed we will donate the item to Goodwill. 

Damage to our hotels and property: Any damage to rooms or the Motel caused by your party during the stay and items missing upon your departure will be charged to your credit card on file. 

Unforeseeable circumstances: Dahl’s Motel does not accept liability or pay any compensation for our failure to provide services contracted due to circumstances beyond our control: (natural) disaster, fire, (acts of) war and terrorism, strikes, riots, civil disorder, governmental regulations, industrial disputes, adverse weather conditions or any other exceptional and catastrophic event, circumstances or emergency, making it impossible, illegal or preventing guests from staying in the motel. 

WIFI: Our wireless network is provided without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. We do not warrant that access to our wireless network will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free at all times or will meet your requirements. Dahl’s Motel is not responsible for the security, integrity, accuracy or completeness of any information that you transmit or receive while using our WIFI. You may not use our WIFI network for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited.
