1) Availability request:
Requests for availability can be made by phone, e-mail, via our website or via a partner's website.
Our response to a request for availability is only indicative, even when our answer is confirmed by e-mail: the validation of a reservation is conditioned to the receipt of a deposit (see article 2).

3) Cancellation by the customer:
Any cancellation less than 30 days from the date of the beginning of the booked stay entails the payment of a fee of 50% of the amount of the stay (which is the amount of the deposit), and will not give rise to any compensation by Bastide Perchée.
If the cancellation takes place less than 5 days before the start of the stay, or if the client does not show up for his stay, the client is liable for the entire stay: La Bastide Perchée will claim and / or will charge the balance of the price of the stay, minus the tourist tax.
4) Interruption of the stay:
In case of a shortened stay, the price corresponding to the cost of accommodation remains fully acquired at Bastide Perchée. La Bastide Perchée will claim and / or charge the balance of the price of the stay.
5) Cancellation by La Bastide Perchée:
La Bastide Perche is committed to honoring each booking once it is confirmed: we do not make any over-booking. However, in case of exceptional situation generating the impossibility to welcome the customers suitably, we may have to cancel a reservation.
In case of cancellation of a reservation by the Bastide Perchée, we undertake to inform the customer as soon as the cancellation is known and by any means (e-mail, telephone, SMS). La Bastide Perchée will refund any deposit paid by the customer within 8 days, by bank transfer or by refund on his credit card.
In case of cancellation, the customer can not claim any compensation from the Bastide Perchée and waives any prejudice.
6) Arrival and departure times:
Check-in takes place the day of the beginning of your stay between 3pm and 8pm. Unless otherwise agreed, there is no early check-in ; La Bastide Perchée can not accommodate you before this time (in order to prepare your room in the best conditions) or beyond. If your arrival is late, we will provide you with a solution by giving you the code which opens the gate and the front door.
Your room must be vacated on the day of your departure before 11:30 am(to allow us to prepare for the arrival of other visitors and organize the housekeeping).
We can possibly allow you to enjoy a bit longer of your stay, for example at the pool, but your room must be vacated on time Late check-out will be charged an additional charge of 15 € per extra hour.
7) Quietness and conformity:
Guests will try to respect the peaceful character of the place, especially by adopting a discreet attitude in the rooms.
8) Breakfast and meals:
Breakfast is prepared by us and served in one of the common spaces (panoramic dining room or one of the terraces), between 8am and 10h30 am. Please advise us of any specific food constraints (allergy or special diet) when making your reservation so that we can take this into account.
We do not offer a table d'hôte, but we can make you discover restaurants (very close to Venelles, or Aix-en-Provence, Marseille, etc.) or advise caterers to deliver meals.
In any case, it is not allowed to take meals in the rooms (a dining room and a terrace are available to guests for this purpose).
9) Extra purchases:
The customer can subscribe to various purchases, consumptions or additional services: drinks in the minibars in his room, drinks in the pool minibar, delicatessen products, massages or care, etc.
The customer is informed that, unless otherwise stated, these items are invoiced separately.
The customer must write down his various consumptions on the dedicated forms at the time they are made, and make a global listing when paying the balance of his stay on the day of his departure.
10) Payment:
We accept the following payment methods: Cash, bank checks, credit cards.
We may request a deposit.
The full payment will be done during your stay.
The credit card information provided by the cardholder at the time of booking are used in case of cancellation, and the cardholder expressly authorizes the Bastide Perchée to collect the sums.
11) Access to the swimming pool:
The swimming pool is accessible from 8am to 9pm. Its access is secured: the swimming pool is fenced and the access door is equipped with a specific device so that the children can not open it.
The use of the swimming pool is the sole responsibility of the guests. It is up to parents to take care of their children.
12) Parking:
We offer a parking space for our guests, free of charge in the limit of 1 car per room. The parking is closed and secured by a gate.
The customer remains responsible for his vehicle and the objects stored in it, La Bastide Perchée declines all responsibility in case of theft or degradation.
13) This contract is established by name and for a precise number of persons:
The owner reserves the right to refuse any person not registered in the reservation or to accept it by charging additional costs, which can under no circumstances be considered as a modification or a breach of contract at the owner's initiative, so that no refund can be requested.
14) Personal data protection:
La Bastide Perchée makes its best effort to protect the personal data of customers and visitors of this site in compliance with the French law.
