- Early check-In or Late-Check out is subjected to bed/room availability on the relevant day, To be reconfirmed with the front office staff.
- All guests must produce a valid passport upon Check-in: For any early Check-out, there will be one night early check-out penalty to be imposed. In an event of a guest No Show, a fee of one night’s rate will be charged.
- Reservation would only be guaranteed on the basis of a valid credit card.Requests for specific bed types and smoking preferences will be accommodated, based on availability on arrival at the hotel.
- Breathe easy. Estia Chiangmai is a non-smoking property and durian. This applies to both traditional smoking methods and all electronic delivery systems, including vapes, vaporizers, vape pens, hookah pens, electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes or e-cigs), e-pipes, and any variations of the foregoing regardless of the product’s name. Any smoking and eat durian in the rooms or strong lingering smoking and durian scents in rooms will result in a disappointed look and a THB 5000 room cleaning fee.
