Extra Bed Fee: For all the room types, 500 Baht is charged for the extra bed and breakfast.

- Early check-In or Late-Check out is subjected to bed/room availability on the relevant day, To be reconfirmed with the front office staff.
- All guests must produce a valid passport upon Check-in: For any early Check-out, there will be one night early check-out penalty to be imposed. In an event of a guest No Show, a fee of one night’s rate will be charged.
- Reservation would only be guaranteed on the basis of a valid credit card.Requests for specific bed types and smoking preferences will be accommodated, based on availability on arrival at the hotel.
- Breathe easy. Estia Chiangmai is a non-smoking property. This applies to both traditional smoking methods and all electronic delivery systems, including vapes, vaporizers, vape pens, hookah pens, electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes or e-cigs), e-pipes, and any variations of the foregoing regardless of the product’s name. Any smoking in the rooms or strong lingering smoking scents in rooms will result in a disappointed look and a THB 5000 room cleaning fee. Our hotel has a designated smoking area.
