Property and Cancellation Policies :
OFFICE HOURS ARE: 8 AM TO 10 PM. We cannot check in guests after 10 pm or before 8 am as we are not a 24 hour desk. You need to arrive by 10 pm.
***** PLEASE NOTE ***** The credit or debit card in the card holders name submitted with the reservation is required with matching ID at check in and has been processed as per credit card policies for your reservation. The confirmation number is required at check-in. If the matching ID with credit card cannot be satisfied at check in then a new credit card and matching ID will need to be supplied to pay for the Room and Taxes.
A $250 Security or Damage Deposit by Credit/Debit card (No Cash accepted for Security) is required at check in and covers our minimum $200 fee for smoke smell in the room and our $50 re-key fee (regular type non electronic) if key is lost and not returned to office at check out. Additional damages to the room or contents will be billed at replacement cost. The Security Deposit is returned or voided to the credit/debit card at check out after room is inspected and cleared by housekeeping or maintenance staff. Once voided it may take your bank 1-5 "business" days for your funds or credit to be returned and available on the card or in your bank account.
BOOKING MORE THAN 2 ROOMS IS CONSIDERED A GROUP RESERVATION. SPECIAL GROUP POLICIES WILL APPLY . CONTACT GENERAL MANAGER FOR POLICIES. T: 800-648-6708 or (805) 966-1641.
If the guest makes a reservation for an arrival date within 7 days the total amount of the reservation will be processed/charged to the credit/debit card submitted and is Non-Refundable with No modifications or changes available. If a guest makes a reservation and the arrival date is greater than 7 days, the cancellation fee will be 10% of the total value of all room nights reserved. Again, If the guest cancels a reservation within 7 days before the arrival date, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the total room night value reserved.
CANCELLATION POLICY: IF RESERVATION IS CANCELED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF YOUR ARRIVAL DATE THEN ALL ROOM NIGHTS RESERVED (NO TAXES/FEES) WILL BE CHARGED/PROCESSED TO THE CREDIT/DEBIT CARD SUBMITTED. IF A DEBIT CARD FUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED & REMOVED AND YOUR BANK ACCOUNT BALANCE REDUCED.
IF CANCELED OUTSIDE OR GREATER THAN 7 DAYS BEFORE THE ARRIVAL DATE THEN A 10% CANCELLATION FEE ON THE TOTAL ROOM NIGHTS VALUE RESERVED (NO TAXES/FEES) WILL BE CHARGED/PROCESSED TO THE CREDIT/DEBIT CARD SUBMITTED.
All room nights reserved including all taxes and fees will be automatically Authorized/Charged and processed at check in or before if within our "7- day" advance period prior to the arrival date. All reservations are automatically guaranteed and authorized/charged and processed at 7 days before the arrival date. If a Debit card, funds will be automatically processed and removed from your Bank Account and your balance reduced.
Parking is free and available in our 3 non assigned parking areas with overflow parking on adjacent public street. We have one ADA accessible Parking spot located in the front office area parking lot.
The Inn will not be responsible or liable for any loss of valuables, jewels, money or other personal property. We have outside bicycle racks to store and lock your bicycles in the daytime.
We have a locked storage room to lock up your bicycles at night and is accessible from 8 am to 9 pm daily by the front desk staff.

PLEASE NOTE: A $250 SECURITY DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED BY A CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD AT CHECK IN. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR HAVE PROPER CREDIT OR FUNDS TO COVER THIS DEPOSIT. NO CASH FOR THE $250 SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE ACCEPTED.
FAILURE TO COVER or SATISFY THE SECURITY DEPOSIT DOES NOT CANCEL OR REFUND YOU THE ROOM NIGHTS WITH TAXES/FEES CHARGED TO YOUR CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD.
YOU WILL HAVE TO SATISFY THE SECURITY DEPOSIT BEFORE WE CAN ISSUE A REGUAR ROOM KEY.
At check in the physical credit/debit card with matching ID is required to verify and match to the credit/debit card submitted with your reservation. YOUR CONFIRMATION NUMBER IS ALSO REQUIRED AT CHECK IN TO VERIFY YOUR IDENTITY.
WE CANNOT FINALIZE THE CHECK IN PROCESS UNLESS WE HAVE IN OUR POSSESSION THE ACTUAL CREDIT/DEBIT CARD THAT WAS USED TO SET UP THE RESERVATION. Reservations made with an arrival date within 7 days are confirmed as "Non Refundable", "Non Changeable" and cannot be modified and the grand total with taxes/fees are charged/process to credit/debit card submitted.
All reservations with an arrival date greater than 7 days: A first night deposit with taxes/fees is processed to confirm the reservation.
At 7 days before your arrival date all room nights including taxes/fees are charged/processed to the credit/debit card submitted and become "Non-Refundable" and No Changes or Modifications are available.
