Property and Cancelation Policies :

1. Agua de Luna Boutique Hotel will request a credit card during the process of creating the reservation but it will not be charged. It will only remain as a support for the lock of the room.

2. The outstanding balance must be settled in the hotel registration process with the preferred payment method. Visa, Amex and Mastercard credit or debit cards are accepted. For cash payments, we receive Mexican pesos and dollars with an exchange rate of $15MXN per dollar. Please keep in mind that we do not have change for payments in dollars so we suggest paying the exact amount.

3. For payments made by credit or debit card, an official identification of the cardholder must be presented.


1. Any change or cancellation must be requested by the reservation holder to contact@aguadelunaboutiquehotel.com or by phone and WhatsApp +52 33 1326 5742 up to 72 hours before 00:00 hours of the arrival date for it to be refundable. In case of cancellation or modification outside the cancellation period without penalty, a penalty of 100% of the total reservation will be charged.

2. Reservations made less than 72 hours before 00:00 hours of the check-in date are non-refundable or modifiable.

3. In the event that the guest does not show up on their check-in date, the reservation will be considered as No Show or No Show and will be penalised with 100% of your total stay.

Terms and Conditions


ARTICLE 1.- Every guest for the sole fact of contracting the accommodation and services of Agua de Luna Boutique Hotel (ADL), which is described on his registration card, accepts this regulation, which is considered as the contract of services that must be fulfilled.

ARTICLE 2.- Any person staying at ADL, must register on the registration card and present their identification.

ARTICLE 3.- The Rooftop area is only for Adults (18+). The permanence of children under 18 years of age is strictly prohibited in this area. The guest exonerates the ADL Hotel from all responsibility for accidents of children and older adults or those who require special attention, and in any case, the responsibility will always be attributable to the parents or those who have the custody of these people; as they would be in a more limited way: fractures, decalabros, minor or serious injuries, slacer pickets and other insects and even drowning in tanks and pools, etc. Likewise, the Guest exonerates the ADL Hotel from all responsibility for all acts or accidents caused by fortuitous or force majeure cases that are unpredictable for the Hotel, mentioning without limitation, climatic (winds, rains, lightning, etc.), explosions, electrical failures, falling of trees or branches thereof, demonstrations, acts of vandalism, politicians, epidemics, environmental contingencies, pickets of scorpions, insects.

ARTICLE 4.- It is not allowed to have animals of any kind in the facilities of Agua de Luna Boutique Hotel.

ARTICLE 5.- The use that must be made of the furniture and/or equipment will be rational and moderate, taking care not to damage or deteriorate the unit. If any damage is caused, the amount of the repair caused will be charged, upon notification to the guest. Upon leaving the unit you have the obligation to leave the doors and windows, the water faucets, the lights and appliances of the unit properly closed. As well as returning the keys to the Administration.

ARTICLE 6.- The particular service or security staff of the customers will be considered as guests. The owner of the suite is responsible for their conduct, being obliged to answer for them when, in the opinion of the General Management, it causes inconvenience during their stay.

ARTICLE 7.- Agua de Luna Boutique Hotel is not responsible for the losses that the guest suffers within his unit. The money and securities must be deposited in the safes, for this purpose there is one in each of the suites. It is the responsibility of the guest to report to the Administration the failures that the boxes may present and that cause malfunctions in them. In case the valuable item exceeds the size of the safe deposit box, it is important to guard it in the ADL reception area.

ARTICLE 8.- Access to the suites and make use of the facilities to people not registered on the registration sheet upon arrival at Agua de Luna Boutique Hotel is prohibited. In case of contravening this provision, the Management reserves the right to collect additional persons.

ARTICLE 9.- When the conduct of a client or guest within the facilities of Agua de Luna Boutique Hotel is not in accordance with morality and decency, he will be asked to behave in order not to have any affectations with our other guests.

ARTICLE 10.- If any guest gets sick, the reception of Agua de Luna Boutique Hotel will call a doctor, and may be treated in his unit, charging the fees to be paid by the guest.

ARTICLE 11.- No person has the right to give accommodation to another, without the consent of the Management and arrangement of registration or quotas.

ARTICLE 12.- Any complaint, suggestion or congratulations from guests must be noted in the format of complaints and suggestions, as well as may be shared with our General Manager.

ARTICLE 13.- The time to check the entrance is at 15:00 hrs. and the departure is set at 11:00 hrs. of each day. If a customer stays longer, the public rate of the day will be charged to his account one night's stay according to the type of unit. There will be a tolerance of 30 minutes, free of charge.

Early entry and late departure are subject to availability and after verification by our reservation staff, they may involve extra costs that you should consider.

Please check if you have the correct time on your cell phone, since on many devices it will automatically change to the time of Tepic, San Pancho is at the same time as Guadalajara and Mexico City.

ARTICLE 14.- It is considered that the amount of the accommodation must be paid in advance or before the entrance.

ARTICLE 15.- Personal checks are not accepted for any payment of services or accommodation. Credit cards are limited in terms of acceptance, which are advertised as valid in the administration of Agua de Luna Boutique Hotel and that allow higher charges that cover the amount of the account.

ARTICLE 16.- The use of high-voltage electrical appliances are not allowed unless notified and authorised by the administration.

ARTICLE 17.- The hours of use of the pool and jacuzzi is from 9:00 - 21:30. Its use is exclusive to our guests. It is forbidden: to enter with underwear or use t-shirts and shorts inside the jacuzzi. Enter with bronzers and/or oils and sand. It is forbidden to introduce food and drinks of any type or glass bottles. For your safety, keep your fingers and hair away from the drain grooves. Please put the trash in your place. Access to the pool is the responsibility of the guest, we do not have lifeguards.

ARTICLE 18.- Objects and values forgotten by a guest and found by the staff of Agua de Luna Boutique Hotel, will be placed in custody in the Administration for a period of thirty days. The above does not apply to perishable items.

ARTICLE 19.- Medical services, taxis, tourist tours, etc. They are not imputable to ADL's responsibility, even if they have been requested or contracted within the property area, since they do not belong to the ADL payroll, nor are they under our control.

ARTICLE 20.- It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the rooms and in areas of common use. If you choose to smoke you can go outside or do it in the balcony area in case your room has one. The above as long as the balcony door remains closed and no smoke or odours leak inside the suite. In case of perceiving odours inside the rooms, an economic penalty of $300USD will be applied. The illegal consumption of narcotics or psychotropic substances in the hotel's facilities is also prohibited.

ARTICLE 21.- The hours of silence: 23:00 pm - 8:00 am.

ARTICLE 22.- The cleaning of the rooms is carried out during the morning, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Customers who do not make their rooms available during those hours will not be cleaned of the room. Both individual and group guests are informed that in this establishment the whites of the room are changed every third night of stay. Towels stained with makeup, paint or other materials that are difficult to remove will be charged to the guest's account.

ARTICLE 23.- The reception is open to the public from 8:00 am to 22:00 hours.

However, from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., a person will be available and attentive to the needs of the guest.

ARTICLE 24.- All rooms are opened by a magnetic card that each guest will receive at the time of check-in. The guest is responsible for the care of the card and the correct use of it. In case of loss, the customer must financially replenish the value of $500 pesos.

ARTICLE 25.- In cases not provided for by this Regulation, the provisions of the Regulation of the establishment of accommodation in force by the Federal Tourism Law and other legal provisions applicable to the matter will be complied with.
