Self Check-In: Our motel rooms feature smartlocks that allow you to skip the front desk. You will be sent check-in instructions, via text, on the day of your arrival.
Deposit: Your first night's deposit, plus applicable taxes, is required to guarantee your reservation. The remaining balance of your reservation is charged on day of arrival.
Non-Smoking: All of our rooms, as well as our restaurants and common areas, are non-smoking/vaping. Smoking or vaping in your room will result in a $100 damage fee.
Noise Curfew/Nuisance: Our family motel adheres to a 10pm noise curfew and strictly prohibits nuisance behavior. A $50 fee will be assessed for nuisance behavior.
BBQ Grilling: BBQ grilling and cooking are not permitted on hotel property.
Room Requests: We are unable to guarantee specific room numbers, but they may be requested. We will do our best to accommodate requests.
Damage Policy: Guests are liable for any significant damages, or excessive dirtiness, sustained to the room during their stay. A fee of $50 will be applied for excessive dirtiness.
Pet Policy: Pets are NOT permitted.
Cots: May be available upon request for an additional fee of $25 per night, plus tax. Please request cots in advance of arrival.
