Our apartments come with a unique infinity pool opened in season and one parking place. Our staff on site is here to help you with anything you may need, including complementary extras for your confort.
The space
Praised for offering a residence with all apartments exclusively facing the Mediterranean Sea, our apartments get to follow the sun from dawn to dusk.
For your confort, each apartment comes with one parking space and an access to our seasonal infinity pool, which opening dates can vary from year to year, counting on average dates from mid June to mid October.
Our apartments are fully prepared for you to stay one night or more as we prepare beds and provide all linens and products for shower and kitchen. Monthly stays are welcome and it’s up to you to restock your products.
On site staff will welcome you after 4pm until we close the office; Afterwards, we will place the keys in our mailbox for which you will receive instructions on the morning of your arrival date.

Guest access
There are 2 grocery shops in the main street of Cap D’Ail, you can get there by car in 2 minutes, or walking in only 5 minutes, but please bear in mind the apartment is located on the hillside and it will be stairs.
Accessing by car is super easy as we are right by the highway.
Accessing by bus or train is possible as we have local stations, but the stairs always make it difficult with luggages.
Our apartments are a great base for the ones looking to attend a Monaco event or come work few days in Monaco, as it’s so close but the fantastic part is when you get to get back home and you can really breathe from work.
For visitors in vacations, its also such a great base! Easy to visit other cities around like Nice, Cannes, Menton or Ventimiglia. We have great beaches like Plage Mala, Plage Marquet, or Plage Larvotto, and great walks like Sentier du Littoral or La Tête de Chien.
Other things to note
Parties are not allowed, this is a peaceful place.
Please take care of your trash and your kitchen, this is particularly not appreciated by the cleaning team, which job is really difficult knowing that all the job is outside with heat or cold, and full of stairs!!
Please note that we have many apartments and it’s possible to get your apartment changed on a last notice due to unforeseen events or calendar issues. Asking to lock your specific apartment is subject to a 20€ fee.

Terms and Conditions
Our PCI Compliant system will keep your credit card on files. As per our cancellation policy, we offer you a free cancellation until 15 days before your arrival date. Within 15 days, the booking becomes non-refundable, cancellations and no shows will be fully charged.
When you arrive, please pass by our office to process the payment.
CHECK IN IS FROM 4PM - CHECK OUT IS 10:30AM.
Early check in is available upon availability for 10€ per hour early - Please ask by WhatsApp +33761008569 on the early morning of your arrival.
Late Check out is possible upon request UNTIL 1:30PM for 40€ (except July / August for 60€)
PARKING: 1 car is included per apartment booked, any ADDITIONAL CAR is invoiced at 20€ per night.
