Property and Cancelation Policies :
You will have 48 hours prior to arrival to cancel this reservation. Cancellations within that time will incur a 1 night room and tax cancellation fee. In the event you do not arrive on your scheduled arrival day, a NO SHOW fee will be billed in the amount of 1 night room and tax, and the remainder of the reservation will be cancelled should your reservation be for multiple nights.
The credit card on file will be billed, in full, for your entire stay 48 hours in advance of your arrival. If you wish to change your payment method, please do so prior to that time.

Check in time is 4:00pm. Based on our unique room configuration and the time it takes to properly prepare your room, we cannot accommodate early arrivals. Thank you for allowing our team the necessary time to provide you outstanding service.

The General Palmer Hotel is not pet friendly. We welcome service animals who are specifically trained to perform a service. Please call the hotel direct, for special instructions.
Please double check the room type you have reserved. A " palace room" denotes you are in the adjacent wing to the main building. These gorgeous accommodations are stair only access. An "interior" room in our main building denotes a quiet, cozy room without windows to the outside. The GPH may not be able to change your room selection once you arrive.
Parking is included. Upon arrival, should you need assistance with your luggage, please call us from the parking lot and we will promptly assist.
A complimentary continental breakfast is included. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know prior to arrival so that we can do our best to accommodate your needs.
