Terms and Conditions
- You can check-in any time from 3PM by local time. Check-in process and key issuing is all done electronically. You will be sent check-in information on your day of arrival.
- In case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged and is non- refundable.
- We do require a 100% deposit to confirm your reservation. This is fully refundable up to 48 in advance of your arrival date. If you cancel within 48 hours of your stay, no refunds can be issued. Failure to show up for your reservation forfeits your deposit, and releases your room for the remainder of your stay.
- Guests must be 18 years or older to confirm guestroom accommodations at Zenith Basecamp. A valid photo ID must be uploaded during check-in for age verification.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the building. This applies to both traditional smoking methods and all electronic delivery systems, including vapes, vaporizers, vape pens, hookah pens, electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes or e-cigs), e-pipes, and any variations of the foregoing regardless of the product’s name. Any smoking in the rooms or strong lingering smoking scents in rooms will result in a disappointed look and a $150 room cleaning fee.
- Our dogs are our adventure buddies too. For that reason, we are a pet friendly property. There is a $10 a night fee per dog. Maximum of 2 dogs allowed per room. Please notify us prior to your arrival if you are bringing your dog! Be a responsible dog owner and clean up after them and don't leave them unattended in your room.
- A parent or legal guardian must accompany and stay at the hostel with guests under 16.
- After 10 pm, only checked-in guests are permitted inside the hostel.
- Alcohol is allowed; drunkenness is not.
