A deposit of the fist nights rate is taken when creating the reservation. Cancellations made more than 5 days before check-in will receive a refund of the deposit (deposit = 1st night rate) minus a $20 cancellation fee.Cancellations made with less than 5 days notice will not receive a refund of the deposit.Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in are subject to the full amount of the stay. Guests are expected to maintain a respectful noise level, refrain from removing hotel property, and keep rooms in an orderly state. The hotel reserves the right to release any reservation if a guest is deemed unfit to stay. *Unfit behavior includes but is not limited to: disorderly conduct, abusive or aggressive actions toward other guests or staff, impolite behavior, or actions that may cause danger.Extra Cleaning Fee: A minimum cleaning fee of $50 will be charged if a room is left in a disorderly condition, as determined by management.Damage Fee: A minimum fee of $200 will be charged for any damages caused by guests, with a maximum of $2,000 to cover substantial repairs.Intentional or malicious damages will be reported to authorities, and charges may be filed.Pet Policy: Pets are allowed only in first-floor standard rooms, with a non-refundable pet fee of $50 per pet with a limit of two pets.Dogs only, under 60 pounds; no other animals are permitted.Registered service animals are welcome.Non-Smoking Policy: The Miner's Hotel is a smoke-free property. Smoking is prohibited inside the hotel and near entrances.A minimum fee of $250 will apply if smoking occurs on the premises.Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Guests causing excessive disruption or deemed unfit to stay may be asked to vacate the premises without a refund. If a guest refuses to vacate the premises upon request, law enforcement will be contacted, and charges may be filed if necessary.

Prices and taxes are subject to change at any time. We reserve the right to release any reservation at any time if a guest is unfit to stay at the hotel. *Unfit is described as: disorderly, abusive, aggressive toward another guest or staff, impolite or causing danger. A $50 extra cleaning fee will be charged if hotel room is left in a disorderly state.... to be determined by management. A minimum $200 damage fee will be charged if guests create any damages in the room. A damage fee of up to $2,000 can be charged to cover damages created by guests. If damages are intentional or malicious authorities will be called and charged WILL be filed. Pets are allowed only on our first-floor standard rooms. A nonrefundable pet fee of $50 will be charged. No Cats or other animals. Dogs only. No dogs over 60lbs allowed. Registered service animals welcome. We are a smoke free property. Guests shall not smoke anywhere in the hotel or near hotel entrances. A minimum $250 smoking fee will be charged if guest do not follow smoking rules. Guests are expected to keep excessive noise to a minimum, not remove any hotel property from the premises and to not leave rooms in a disorderly state. Quiet time is from 10pm - 8am. If guests are unfit to stay in the hotel or are causing disruptions to other guests, we will ask them to vacate the premises. *Unfit is described as: extremely disorderly, abusive, aggressive toward another guest or staff, impolite or causing danger. Guests who are asked to vacate the hotel will not receive a refund. If guests refuse to vacate the hotel, law enforcement officers will be called, and files charged if necessary.
