- The Lodge at Riverside does not allow pets. Service Animals are allowed but must be declared at the time of reservation. Undeclared animals will incur a fee of $250 to the room folio.
- The property is a non-smoking property. Rooms, balconies, and the pool area are smoke-free. A fee of $500 will be charged to the room folio per occurrence. Smoking is allowed in designated areas only.
- A valid ID and associated credit card are required at check-in. Credit cards are authorized for the entire stay at check-in. Cash is accepted at check out only.
- Daily housekeeping service is available upon request, otherwise stayover rooms are serviced every third day.
