2.Occupancy: Please register the correct number of occupants per room, with a maximum occupancy of two individuals. Visitors are not allowed in guest rooms.
3.Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the hotel premises. A minimum penalty of $200 will be charged for violations, including tampering with smoke detectors or other equipment.
4.Room Service: Room servicing will be provided every other day upon request. For additional amenities such as towels, shampoo or soap, please contact the front desk.
5.Additional Guests: Children under 12 are exempt from additional person charges. Guests 13 years andolder are subject to additional person charges.
6.Check-In and Check-Out Times: Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 11 am. Keys must bereturned to the front desk by 11 am on the day of departure.
7.Damage Policy: Any damage to guest rooms or common areas, whether direct or indirect, will result in penalties. Presence of law enforcement officers due to issues with a guest room will also result inpenalties or eviction.
8.Noise Control: Guests are required to keep noise levels to a minimum after 7 pm to ensure a peaceful environment for all.
9.Cancellation Policy: Guests will be charged the cost of the first night if they cancel within 1 day before arrival, and payments made will not be refunded. Prices are subject to HST and a 6% hospitality surcharge.
10.Pet Policy: Pets are allowed with a additional fee of $25. Pets must not be left unattended and shouldbe kept on a leash while on hotel property.
11.Parking: On-site parking is available for an additional fee of $25 per night. Street parking passes can be obtained from the City of Toronto. Guests are reminded to keep valuables secure at all times, as lost orstolen items are not the responsibility of the inn.
Failure to comply with these policies may result in the withholding of deposits and eviction from the premises without further notice
