- We inform you that 100% of the reservation will be charged to your credit card two days before your arrival. This charge will not be refunded.
- If you wish to reschedule your visit, you can do so through the following means (info@hotelisladeflores.com & 502 2476 8775) with a minimum of 3 days notice before the date of your visit.
- Ensuring safety and general tranquility, Hotel Isla de Flores reserves the right to request any person who affects the morale, safety and/or comfort of guests and staff to leave the hotel facilities and its venues, without any responsibility for part of the company.
- Check-in time is at 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is at 11:00 a.m. on the date indicated on the registration card. You can extend your stay if the availability of rooms on the day allows it.
- The hotel reserves the right to restrict visits to the rooms.
- Hotel Isla de Flores is 100% tobacco free. Anyone who violates this rule will have an additional charge of $100.00 on the first call for attention. Or you must leave the hotel if the situation persists.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Any material damage to the hotel facilities or any lack of equipment, furniture or accessories must be covered by the person who caused it.
- For the safety of guests and staff, our facilities are for the exclusive use of those who stay at the hotel.
- All our guests, including minors and visitors, must present a personal identity document (with a legible photo) at the time of registration.
- The entry of firearms into any of the hotel areas is prohibited.
