The Town House Inn and Restaurant is housed in the Historic Drane-Stevens House. An exquisite turn of the century Neoclassical Revival-style home built by Dr. W.H. Drane in 1905 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
The home was repurposed as a commercial lodging facility and has been in continuous operation for 40+ years. With new owner, Clay Snider, the Town House is transforming into a jewel for Buena Vista to be proud of. The Main House hosts three stately guest rooms on the second floor, each offering a private bathroom with a queen bed and clawfoot tub with hand shower extension. Our restaurant is located on the first floor of our Main House so guests will come in contact with restaurant customers during restaurant hours. These rooms have no access to a kitchen.
Our Guesthouse is a farmhouse-themed, two-story home adjacent to the main house with a large sitting room, full kitchen and houses four bedrooms each with a private bathroom. Entire Guesthouse rental is also an option and the two buildings together will accommodate up to 18 individuals.

The Town House Restaurant is open with a lunch buffet Thursday thru Sunday from 11 am to 2 pm. We are also open from 5 pm to 9 pm featuring our dinner menu.You can dine in our beautiful dining rooms or you can order carryout by phone or online.

Parking is available on the gravel spaces in front of The Guesthouse as well as on Church Street and 5th Avenue.
Smoking is PROHIBITED inside the property. Any damages derived from smoking in your room will be your responsibility and payment for damages are due to The Town House immediately. Smoking is allowed outside or in the back yard of the property and in the courtyard.
Animals are PROHIBITED regardless of circumstance.
Stained sheets and towels due to hair dye, make up or bodily fluids (any blood stained sheets will be immediately disposed of due to health hazard) that can not be cleaned; linen replacement charges will be charged to the card on file. As a courtesy, we email you photos of the damage, cost of replacement and receipt for replacement.
Stained comforters or drapery, not within the realm of normal use, that require an off schedule dry cleaning will be charged to the card on file. As a courtesy, we email you photos of the damage, cost and receipt for dry cleaning.
