Property and Cancelation Policies :
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required for all reservations. Any cancellations must be made 14-days prior to the reservation date otherwise the full amount is non-refundable.
(No exceptions. - weather, sick, canceled flight, etc)
Terms and Conditions
Arrival:
If any guests need to check-in after 9pm please contact us to make arrangements.
Cancellation:
A 50% deposit is required for all reservations. We are a small B&B, so any cancellations must be made 14-days prior to the reservation date otherwise the full amount is non-refundable.
No shows will be charged 100% of the stay.
Parking:
Onsite parking is available for all rooms. Parking is limited to 1 car per room and smaller cars are preferred due to the historic nature of the property (cars didn't exist in the 1880's).
Age Requirements:
Guests must be at least 21 years old to check-in to a room. Due to the historic nature of the mansion, we do not allow any guest to be under the age of 21.
Taxes and Fees:
All rates are subject to a 6% state tax, 3% local tax and 6% service fee.
No Pets!
No Outside food or beverages in common areas during open lounge hours
No outside alcoholic beverages allowed in any common areas
We are only open on weekends and require a 2 night stay. Should rooms be available that Wednesday, we will allow a 1 night stay for the upcoming weekend.
Libations lounge is a lounge and not a full-service restaurant- We will be happy to make recommendations for our local restaurants.
Should you or anyone in your party have dietary restrictions, we will be happy to accommodate but will need a minimum of 10 days notice.
Guests requesting a bagged breakfast due to a tour they may be taking in the early morning must make the request a minimum of 10 days in advance of stay. Less than 10 days notice we will not be able to accommodate your request.
