Diese Anlage hat folgende Bestimmungen und Check-in- bzw. Check-out-Zeiten.

Zeit für späten Check-out: 18:00
Gebühren für späten Check-out: 50%
Durch einen späten Check-out (nach 10:00 und vor 18:00) kann eine Gebühr entstehen.
Buchungsrichtlinien :
2. In case of No Show and same day cancellation, the full amount will be charged.
3. All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
4. For rebooking requests after full payment is confirmed by the bank, kindly contact us not later than 48 hours before check-in date.
5. Casa San Pablo will not be held liable for services not rendered due to acts of God, war, government regulations, natural calamities, civil disorders, curtailment of transportation facilities and other inevitable incidents beyond the control of Casa San Pablo that interrupts the expected course of events.
Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen
Arrival and Departure Policy
1. Guests who arrive earlier than the check-in time can stay in the lounge area or the café, and can begin using the facilities while waiting for check-in time. Special arrangements for check-in and check-out time can be made depending on availability of rooms. For guaranteed early check in, please contact the reservation officer for the room availability. Additional charge will apply.
2. Guests must present their confirmation letter and one (1) valid ID upon check in.
3. There is no charge for kids below 3 years old, bed sharing and without breakfast. Kids below 12 years old will be charged Php 1000 per head per night inclusive of breakfast.
4. A security deposit is required at P1000/room while additional P1000 shall apply for guests with pets. This is refundable upon the return of the key and after the housekeepers checked the room and is cleared at checkout.
5. Bringing in of food and drinks, including snacks, are not allowed.
6. Casa San Pablo provides basic toiletries, towels, and blankets for the guests.
Pet Policies
1. We are a pet dog-friendly B&B.However, if you are bringing a pet, you must declare this when you book your reservation.
2. Bringing of big pets in Casa San Pablo will always be subject to management’s approval. We reserve the right to deny entry if there was no prior approval.
3. We welcome small pets only — under 15 lbs. Maximum of 2 pets per room.
4. The pet must be presented at check-in. For everyone’s safety, we require proof of up-to-date vaccination.
5. An additional payment of P650 per pet is required for maintenance.
6. A waiver must be signed by the pet owners upon checking in.
7. Casa San Pablo may, at anytime, request the pet owners and his/her pet to leave the premises if need be.
