CHECK-IN
Check-in time is any time after 4 pm. Upon early arrivals if a ready room is not available, the front desk will be pleased to store your luggage until your room is ready. Guests will be required to present their own valid credit/debit card upon check-in along with a valid form of identification. The hotel will make every effort to honor special requests(such as a specific floor or room number, etc.) upon arrival. However, the availability of these items cannot be guaranteed in advance. Should you need to confirm an earlier arrival time than the hotel standard check-in time, please contact the hotel directly in advance. If you plan to arrive earlier that the hotel’s check-in time and to want to be sure you will get your room, then we suggest you book the night before as well.
CHECK-OUT
Check-out is at 12 pm. If you require a later check-out, please contact the receptionist before 10 AM on the day of departure and we will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee it. A charge may be applied depending on availability. Any delay to check-outwill result an extra night being added to the final bill. The hotel can accommodate guest luggage complimentary at the reception after check-out time if needed.
PAYMENT METHODS
For reservations that have not been paid for in advance, upon arrival, you are required to pay by credit card. For prepaid reservations, deposit must be paid with a valid credit card. Please note if the payment is done with a credit card belonging to another person who will not be present at the hotel, we will need a written authorization sent by the credit card holder with a copy of the credit card and a copy of valid photo ID. The hotel reserves all rights to refuse the access to any guests who are notable to show us the credit card used for prepaid reservation or if we did not receive the authorization before arrival.
SMOKING POLICY
Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and all public areas of the hotel. Smoking is only allowed outside in the designated areas. Please note that guests found to be smoking in the room will be charged a cleaning fee of $250.00.
