❖ Marquee hotel is not responsible for the loss of valuables that are not locked inside private safe boxes in every room.
❖ Please respect the quiet hours in the hotel. Anything that disturbs the peace of other guests is prohibited.
❖ The hotel rooms and common areas must remain free of cigarette smoke.
❖ Marquee is free of sex and drug tourism, illegal activity is reported to authorities.
❖ Any attempt to enter a minor without a legal guardian or fail to show a valid ID will be reported to authorities.
❖ Parties are not allowed, no noise, strict prostitution policy and strict guest policy: unit is for maximum 2 people, if the first person registered leaves and you want to register another one, you will incur in $100 USD extra guest fee. You can have a maximum of 3 people registered during the entire stay. (General Stay in the hotel, contract is per guest, doesn't apply per room).
❖ VAT Tax will be charged to Colombians and foreigners with a Colombian ID starting on January 2023. Foreigners with a tourism permit will not be charged for this TAX.
