The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival.

House Rule:
(Please be respectful of your new home, neighbors and community. We require our guests abide by the following rules)
1.) This is a residential building and as such NO PARTIES, LOUD NOISES. The building just passed a no airbnb rule and we don't want them to pass a rule against BOOKING.COM.
2.) No Pets - we love pets but there is a heavy procedure to register new pets and cost whether the pet is staying for 3 days or a year is 350 dollars. Hence the NO PET rule.
3.) We are available to help you from 6am to 12 midnight. You need anything you call me Mahdi -14243871940 or my partner Del ( 305) 632 5252.
4.) Please do not visit the building office at anytime we are here to help you. They are not your host we are. Lets keep Booking.com alive in Los Angeles.
5.) If your payment is not already auto processed we will send you a link to complete your payment for the reservation. All payment is due in advance.
6.) Once the payment is done only then is your reservation confirmed and we will send you the check in procedure and meeting point to get your keys.
7.) Lost Keys and Parking remotes cost 250 dollars. You are already paying a lot.. Please leave your keys and Parking remote on the dining table when you leave. The garage door does not need the remote to leave only to enter.
8.) Check-in is at 4 pm, and check-out is by 11 am. Arriving slightly earlier, or want that extra hour to sleep? It should be fine, but please check with us first. Late check-in fee of $25 will be collected for check-in on/after 11:00 PM
9.) Limited parking spot available for USD$ 20 per night, Parking spots LIMITED so reservation is needed.
