CHARGES You are personally liable for all charges incurred or attributable to the Tiny House,Covered Wagon, and/or campsite regardless of whether any other associated person or party is also responsible for all or any part of the charges. This includes, without limitation, the daily Tiny House and/or rate, taxes, incidental Tiny House charges, plus any late checkout charges, cleaning fees and repair/replacement costs for damaged, lost or stolen items. Tiny House Block will, and you have authorized Tiny House Block to, charge the credit/debit card provided upon check in for such charges. Use of ATM/debit cards will result in an immediate deduction from your available bank account balance, subject to banking institution policies. ILLEGAL CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES Possession or use at Tiny House Block of any illegal controlled substances, (not including marijuana), is prohibited by federal law and company policy. You may be asked to leave Tiny House Block if you do not comply with this company policy, or there is cigarette smoking in any of our accommodations.  A [$250] cleaning fee will be charged for any cigarette smoking in a Tiny House. Tiny House Block reserves the right to charge additional cleaning fees should excessive cleaning be required. Tiny House Block reserves the right to charge for items requiring repair or replacement. TINY HOUSE PREFERENCE We will make every effort to fulfill your preference request; however they are not guaranteed, as Tiny Houses may not be available due to maintenance or other reasons. Additional charges may apply for some requests. TINY HOUSE ENTRY POLICY Please note that our team members may enter accommodations, even if reserved by a guest, for maintenance, safety, security or for any other appropriate purpose. Our team members will knock and announce their presence before entering. AGE REQUIREMENT You must be 18 years of age or older to reserve a Tiny House and/or Covered Wagon. ADDITIONAL PERSON CHARGES Rates are based on two people per Tiny House. A charge may apply for additional people staying in the same Tiny House and/or Covered Wagon. EMAIL OPT IN By providing your email address, you are opting in to receive marketing communications from Tiny House Block & Banner Ranch Julian. You may opt out at any time. DOG POLICY Guests traveling with their dog accept all responsibility for any damage caused by their dog, or cleaning charges that may occur because of their dog, while at Tiny House Block. A credit card is required at check in and a $28 per day fee will be charged to the credit card. Tiny House Block only allows dogs that weigh less than 50 pounds each and up to two-dogs are allowed per Tiny House or Covered Wagon. Dogs are not to be left unattended. Please note, excessively noisy dogs will need to be removed and boarded off property at the owner's expense. CANCELLATION Tiny House Block reserves the right to cancel any reservation at anytime with or without notice and will issue a full refund. COVID-19 The novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is believed to spread mainly from person-to-person contact. As a result, federal, state, and local governments and federal and state health agencies recommend social distancing and have, in many locations, prohibited the congregation of groups of people. Tiny House Block has put in place enhanced health and safety protocols to reduce the spread of COVID-19 and to better protect our visitors, guests, and employees; however, Tiny House Block cannot guarantee that you will not become infected with COVID-19. Further, visiting Tiny House Block could increase your risk of contracting COVID-19. By agreeing to these reservation terms and conditions, you acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that you may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by visiting or staying at Tiny House Block and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death. You understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 at Tiny House Block may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of yourself and others, including, but not limited to, Tiny House Block staff and employees. By agreeing to these reservations terms and conditions, you voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to you (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that you may experience or incur in connection with Tiny House Block, (“Claims”) and you hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless Tiny House Block, its employees, agents, and representatives, of and from the Claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto. You understand and agree that this release includes any Claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of Tiny House Block, its employees, agents, and representatives, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after entering Tiny House Block.
