seminary’s headquarters and residential campus. Nestled in the hills of
Boston’s beautiful North Shore, it spans 118 acres of lush greenery, just

Guest Housing Eligibility: Only offered to people who are affiliated to the Seminary, such as, Alumni, Family of Students, Staff or Faculty, Prospective Students, Guest Speakers and those attending events on campus.

Payment Policy: Your credit card will be automatically charged 72 hours prior to arrival.
Room Assignment: You will receive a text and email 3 days prior to your arrival with the exact address and unit number you will be staying in.
Key Return Policy: There will be a $25 fee for every unreturned key upon departure.
Pet Policy: NO pets are allowed in Guest Housing. Should we find evidence of there being a pet, Guest Housing has the right to prohibit all futures stays.
Alcohol and Smoking Policy: NO alcohol use or smoking is permitted in any area of Gordon-Conwell campus. Should we find evidence of use, Guest Housing has the right to prohibit all future stays.
Elevators: Most buildings do not have elevators. Please be prepared to potentially navigate up three flights of stairs with your bags.

The North Wing Dorm: Men's Only dorm style accommodation with communal bathrooms, showers and kitchenette on the floor.
One or two bedroom apartments: They all have their own private bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room.
Amenities:
- Linens, blankets and towels are provided for all of our units
- Free washer/dryer (you will need to bring your own detergent)
