Because of increasing credit card costs these rates are email transfer rates. If you wish to pay with your credit card it will cost 3 percent more.
Your credit card will not be charged until I talk to you on the telephone. You have to call me to confirm the booking. We are a small intimate family operated cottage resort. We have 9 waterfront cottages that can sleep up to 70 people in total. The cottages are all about 150 feet apart from right to left. Cottage 1 being on the right and cottage 9 being on the left.

Property and Cancelation Policies :

Since we are a small family operated resort we can not allow any cancellations. The only way we can refund your money is if we are able to rent your cottage out to someone else, then we will refund you 90% of what you paid.

Terms and Conditions

Excessive Noise.
Please be considerate that you do have neighbors beside you and across the water. Playing music, loud talking or anything that can disrupt others outside is to be done by 10 PM.. You will be asked to turn it down and if it isn't you will have to leave.

Please note. In order to pay you have to call 705 387 3866.. A deposit of 40 percent per cottage is required to confirm a reservation. We will hold a reservation for 3 days pending receipt of deposit. After this time, a reservation maybe voided to make room for others. Nightly and weekly rates are for the cottages up to the maximum they can hold. If you are bringing an additional guest, there is an extra charge for each guest.There is a three night minimum stay during holiday periods.

DEPOSIT
A 40 percent/cottage deposit is required, with the remaining balance due is due by March 1st or 30 days prior to your arrival.. whichever comes first. We accept, debit Cards(Interact), E-mail transfer, and Visa, Master card for the deposit. If you plan to pay in U.S. funds we offer the going rate of exchange.

CHECK IN and CHECK OUT
During July and August, check-in time is after 4:00 p.m. and check-out is 9:00 a.m. ) If you pre-arrange it with us we may be able to get you to check out by 10 AM. If you are are later than that you will be charged 70.00 per hour as that is what it costs to have our cleaning staff waiting to get into the cottage to clean.
At other times of the year, check in is after 2:00 p.m. and check out after breakfast.

BOOK EARLY We strongly encourage booking well in advance if you have in mind a particular time or cottage. Fully paid reservations a year in advance are not uncommon, but by all means, give us a call for that spur-of-the-moment need to escape. Call 705-387-3866

CANCELLATIONS
Because of our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. The only way we can refund you your money minus 10 percent fee is if we can re-book the cottage after your cancellation.

WHAT IS INCLUDED
The resort's nine guest cottages are very comfortable. All cottages have fireplaces, wonderful water views. The use of all non-motorized boats, canoes, kayaks, paddle boats, water trampoline, are included. All cottages are nonsmoking We have high speed wireless internet access on the grounds. However it is not that fast. Also please be respectful of other guest. Excessive Noise levels are to be down by 10 PM. This will be enforced.

PET POLICY
We are sorry but due to allergies we cant accept any pets. If you do bring one you will be asked to leave and no refund.

INCENSE BURNING
We understand some people like to burn incense. However not everyone likes the same smell of incense. Therefore we strictly ask that there be no burning of incense inside the cottages.

Marijuana Use. In consideration of children and for those who do not smoke it we do not allow anyone to smoke it on the property. If you want to smoke it please step off the property to do so. Failure to do so will cause you to be escorted off the property immediately and not get a refund,

Water park use and beach.: Please note this is not a supervised area. Use at your own risk.

Payment in Full : Please note payment in full for the rental is due by March 1.
