BOOKINGPOLICIES

Children: The Initial Residence allows children whoare 12 years old and below to stay for free while using the existing bedding.Individuals above the age of 12 are considered as adults.

Requests: All guest’s requests submitted into the'Requests' box on The Initial Residence website booking engine are subject toavailability. t The Initial Residence will endeavour to fulfil therequests on a best effort basis and will not be held responsible in the eventthat it cannot fufill the guest’s requests.. Room Occupancy: The Initial Residence allows up to amaximum occupancy of 2 adults (excluding children) in a room.

CHECK-IN/ CHECK-OUT POLICIES

Age Requirement: Guests must be 18 years or older withphoto identification to check-in. Guests under the age of 18 must beaccompanied by an adult for the duration of stay. The Initial Residencereserves the right to requestand verify all guest’s photo identification .
Check-In/ Check-Out: Check-in time is after 2 p.m. and checkout time is no later than 12p.m.

GENERALPOLICIES

Damageto Service Apartment Property: Any damage to any property or structure of TheInitial Residence, whether its accidental, deliberate, negligent or reckless,is the responsibility of the registered guest for each particular room. TheInitial Residence reserves the right to charge guests the cost of rectifyingany damage or soiling to any property or structure. (Refer to refer to annex Afor the Schedule of Repair Costs)
Pets:The Initial Residence maintains a strict no-pets policy on its premises.

Prohibited Items: The following items are not permittedin  The Initial Residence premises:Flammable, explosive or otherwise hazardous materials, Objects emitting a foulodor (e.g. Durian), Articles related to use in gambling,
prostitution,smuggling or other illicit activity, Illegal drugs or other articles, thepossession of which is prohibited by the laws of Singapore. The InitialResidence reserves the right to refuse entry to any guest found to be in
possessionof prohibited items. Guests shall be solely liable and responsible for all lossfinancial or otherwise, and damage that may be caused by such items.

Visitors: In the interest of your well-being and security,all visitors are required to register at the Front Desk and all non-guestvisitations will end by 8.00 p.m.

HEALTHAND WELL-BEING POLICIES

ExcessiveNoise and Parties: To ensure all guests enjoy the comfort and safety of thefacilities we offer, The Initial Residence upholds a strict zero tolerancepolicy towards commotion, excessive noise and parties. Any person
foundto be on our premises creating excessive noise, having a party, exceeding thenumbers of permitted guests or otherwise causing a disturbance will berequested to leave the Service Apartment without refund.

Smoking: Smoking is Prohibition in the building. There willbe a S$200 fee for thorough cleaning services charged that has been smoked into restore it back to its original condition. 

PAYMENTPOLICIES

Currencyand Tax: Rates are in Singapore dollars and are subject to 10% service chargeand thereafter 9% Goods & Services Tax (GST), unless otherwise stated.
Deposits:1. Room Charges: For online bookings made through the Service Apartmentwebsite, unless stated in individual rate plan terms and conditions, a fullpayment of room charge shall be deducted from the credit card upon
completionof booking. No refund shall be made if your reservation is cancelled ormodified within 21 days prior to check-in date. Refunds will not be permittedfor all non-refundable reservations. Full payment of room charges to be paid upon check-in or uponconfirmation. 2. Incidental Charges: For all reservations, Initial Residence requiresa deposit for incidental charges upon check-in. Deposit may be placed in cashat check-int. A cash deposit of SGD$100 is required upon Check In for all roomreservations.Third Party Booking Sources: Any reservations made on allonline travel agency channels, or leasing agency shall be deemed as a thirdparty booking source. In the event of any cancellation or modifications toreservations, The Initial Residence recommends that all guests first todirectly contact their third party booking source for any assistance.
