The client must present official identification (INE, driver's license, passport) at the time of check in.
The hotel does not accept pets.
The hotel reserves the right of admission of any person to its establishment.
The minimum age to check in is 18 years old.

Any material damage to the establishment must be paid to the hotel before departure, for the total amount stipulated by the Administration.

Children in Family:
Children up to 11 years old stay for free in the same room that an adult pays.
Children over 11 years old will have an additional cost.

The person caught smoking or consuming prohibited substances will be charged a fine of $ 5,000.00 Mexican pesos.
The person who is caught consuming prohibited substances will be consigned to the corresponding authorities.
