Property and Cancelation Policies :
- For cancellations received for your stay more than 14 days before the arrival date, a full refund will be issued of the deposit paid (or the full amount paid as in the case of a one night stay). A cancellation which occurs within 14 days of the first day will be eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellation within seven daysfrom your arrival will result in full payment for reservation.
- An early departure is considered a cancellation and policies apply.
Terms and Conditions
We add a $10 per night per room gratuity for our housekeeping and breakfast serving team at check out as well as a 3% processing fee.
For our first floor dog-friendly rooms (Music Room, Camellia, Black Bear and Seven Sisters) prior notice is required and there is an additional fee of $45 per stay.Check In Time: Between 2:00 and 7:00 pm. If you'd like an earlier check in time, please notify us in advance and we can arrange that for you for a $35 fee. Please be advised that a late check in fee (after 7:00 pm) will also be subject to a $35 fee. Check Out Time: 11:00 am. If a later check out time is required, please let us know and we will try to accommodate you depending on availability.
